Description of the Boulder vacation home rental

Our guests have been surprised how spacious this ranch is once they arrive. It is perfect for couples,family reunions and wedding parties. The twin beds can be converted to a King Bed if this fits your requirements better.

The house is located on the bus line to downtown Pearl Street Mall only 1.5 miles away. Walk to local restaurants frequented by (the locals), grocery shopping, coffee shops and liquor store.

High Speed wireless internet is provided for those of you that can't leave your business behind. Shame on you!

Just imagine the money you will save by "eating in" our sunny kitchen with skylights. If you prefer, you can BBQ in ths summer on our spacious south-facing deck. Also a washer and dryer allows for packing less and keeping up with your kids!

Area Information

This central location is only a mile from CU Football stadium and walking distance to groceries, restaurants, Starbucks and 24 hour fitness. The Pearl Street Mall is a bus ride away.

Eat where the "locals" eat. Shop where the "locals" shop. There is no need to pay the extra money to be right downtown, but it is nice to have easy access to everything without navigating the mountain roads.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion in Boulder with this property as our get together location. The location was perfect for taking two mountain hikes walking right from the property, was close to a high school graduation at Boulder High, and within walking distance of Pearl Street. Eight members of our family stayed in in this residence and enjoyed both the home and very comfortable patio area. We plan on returning for future trips.
