Description of the Bourne vacation home rental

This three bedroom home is conveniently located about half way around the island's 2mile road. It is 2 baths, 3 decks, gas grill, 2 dens with cable tv, full kitchen, lower level offers privacy and another 1/2 kitchen if desired.

The Island is for residents only and requires a sticker and /or guest pass to enter. There is a guard on duty most times.

First 5 to book with required deposits will be given a gift certificate to local restaurant, the Kingman Manrina Chart Room is a local favorite and well known for good food, good cocktails and good times.

On Scraggy Neck you will have a choice of 3 beautiful beaches, tennis courts, playground and boat launch are within 1/4 of a mile. Bring your bikes, kayak or just some sneakers for an evening sroll. Great sunsets from the Main Beach!

Leave the Island and there are numerous child friendly attractions just up on 28A. You will find putt putt and bumper boats and some of the best ice cream on the cape. Enjoy the morning coffee shops and make sure you try both. One offers muffin tops that cannot be beat!

You are just a 15 - 20 minute drive to Falmouth or Woods Hole. Both locations are beautiful and a nice take.

Hyannis is a half hour drive. Plenty to do and see there as well as shopping and dining out!
