Description of the Boynton Beach vacation apartment rental

This beautiful, fully-furnished unit is directly on the Intracoastal Waterway just north of the Ocean Avenue bridge in the Downtown Boynton Beach area. There is a flat-panel HD TV in the living room and a TV in the second bedroom. The unit is within walking distance to the best restaurants the area has to offer and the beach. This 2-bedroom unit has a King-sized bed in the Master, TWO FULL-Sized beds in the 2nd bedroon, and a pullout sofabed in the living room for additional guest(s). Undercover parking (1 space) and coin-operated laundry in the building. You'll love the million-dollar views from the tiled patio area! IMPORTANT NOTE: SMOKING is only allowed on the screened patio area. There is NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the unit itself.

Area restaurants just 5 blocks from the condo unit include our personal favorite, Hurricane Alley. Treat yourself to a great meal and a cold beer at a price that will bring a smile to your face. There is also The Banana Boat and Two Georges near the Ocean Avenue bridge. The Sea Mist Marina has fishing charters, boat and jetski rentals, shopping and dining. Next door to the building is Mangrove Park which lets you view wildlife in their natural habitat. It's a short walk to beautiful Boynton Beach where you can collect sea shells, swim, snorkle or just walk up the beach and admire the million dollar homes!

The deposit is 100% refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to date of arrival. 50% is refundable if cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival. 25% of deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. No refund of deposit is given if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.

We have a great time. The apartament was beautiful and very confortable. The screened patio wonderful for the morning coffee and late night cocktail.The beach from a waking distance. Mr Doelling was really a pleasure to meet. We are looking forward to spend another vacation there.
