2br/2ba beautifully furnished, garden-view condo with screened lanai. LR, DR, fully equipped kitchen. Central AC and ceiling fans. Cable TV (LR & MBR), DVD. Over 55 community with club house and pool on the Intra-coastal Waterway - sun by the pool and watch the boats sail by. Convenient to shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, and the beautiful municipal beach. Two reserved parking spaces. Laundry facilities on each floor in each building. Beach chairs and umbrella. Available from December 1st for $2100 per month + $100 application fee. NO SMOKERS, PLEASE - AND PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN SNUG HARBOR GARDENS. Our condo association requires us to have a 3-month miniumu lease - except for family and friends. Heavy fines imposed for violation.
Area Description
