Beautifully decorated Lower Penthouse Suite, 15th floor unit with wonderful views of the Florida Intracoastal Waterway and breath taking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean
and blue skies and magnificent Cloud Formations as far as your eyes can see.

Some On-Site Amenities are: Heated Spa and Pool, Parking, Waterfront Restuarants, Boat slips and Rentals, WIFI access, Cable, Telephones, Security, Club House, Waterfront Promenade, New High Definition Flat Screen TV's in all rooms. High Season rents are $4,000 per month - December - April -$3,000 per month May to November. Two reserved covered parking spaces are included. On site boat slips, boat and jet ski rentals, and two waterfront restaurants. Walking distance to Beach. Ocean water access for Boats through the Boynton Beach Inlet is just a short distance north.

It's a short walk (or drive) to the Banana Boat, and Two Georges waterfront restaurants right in the Marina Village Complex. Private & Public Boat Rentals for Deep Sea Fishing, Jet Ski Rentals are all available in the Marina as well.

perfect place

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location and views. Close to beach, golf and shoping. Has three decent restaurants withing walking distance. Very quiet. In great condition and attractive furnishings. Perfect for one or two couples. Fully turnkey -- has everything you need.
