The Moorings at Lantana is an eleven acre waterfront community, overlooking the Lake Worth and the Intracoastal Waterways, the island of Manalapan and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. We are the Ritz without paying the Ritz-Carlton prices!

Residents here will enjoy privacy in around their Courtyard Pools-deep water marina and Yacht Club. You will have fun walking around this beautiful 11-acre Caribbean-Colonial style village and viewing the boats along the Intercostal.

The Marina at the Moorings offer dock access to the waterway and boat slips are available. There are 2 heated pools, hot tubs, a health & fitness center, concierge, valet and 24 hour controlled access covered parking. The main pool overlooks the Intracoastal.

This unit was designed and decorated by a highly regarded designer within Forida and the East Coast. There are 2 full bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom was made into a Den and TV room. It has a Queen sofa for extra sleeping.

This residence features Italian tile floors throughout the unit except for the carpeted bedrooms and den. The master bath has a 42" Roman tub & shower, granite countertops and Italian cabinetry in the kitchen (including:stainless steel appliances)and a Lage Flat Screen TV in the Den.

The Moorings is located in Lantana which is a small beach town (located in Palm Beach County) that you will simply fall in love with. You are surrounded by 5 Star Resort Properties (Ritz-Carton, The Four Seasons, The Breakers).
