This unit has been rented for Dec,Jan and Feb!2009-2010.

Seniors only community! 2 bed, 2 bath condo,very clean, and newly renovated.Spacious and only 10 min from beach.
1st floor walk-in. TV in each bed and florida room.
New 40" flat screen in living room!
Two pools, Two bacci courts, club house with theater,
pool tables, weight room and card rooms. Library and
computers, oh! and shuffle board.Did I forget the sauna
and whirlpools' Beautiful views, Very friendly comm.Jan,Feb and March 2010.Only $1,500.00a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you would like Dec. 2009, we can work that out too!
Three consecutive months only,)one couple can live in apt.
only! Friends and family can visit!

Area Description

Food shopping just west of I95 or one half mile from condo,
boynton beach mall about three and a half miles.
Drive to the beach 10min, or 15min with stop for coffee and donuts. PBI airport 13 to 15 min from condo depending on traffic. City-Place in Palm beach for shopping, entertainment and food 15min.

Had a wonderful 3 month stay...apartment was perfect, community was great, landlord was great ...everything was in place, didn't have to buy anything....ideally located, certainly would rent this apartment again.
