Direct Intracoastal end unit condo with SE exposure in an over 55 complex. 2BD/2BA, LR, DR, Kitchen - water views from every room. Kitchen: S/S refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, DW. All white ceramic tiled floors throughout, decorator furnished. Central AC, ceiling fans, cable TV (LR & MBR), DVD. Screened deck. 2 blocks to beach, walk to shopping, and restaurants. Active clubhouse and heated pool on Intracoastal. NO PETS (condo regulation) AND NO SMOKERS. Coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor. Available Dec 15th to March 15 for $2500 per month, including utilities and local telephone. Association requires a $100 application fee and interview for those new to the complex.

The apartment was fantastic. We enjoyed the amenities that the building offered: the pool, exercise room, bbq. It was a great place to stay. The apartment was fully furnished and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this vacation rental.
