Description of the Boynton Beach vacation condo rental

Beautiful direct view on intracoastal. Gated community. Marina. Luxury resort style. Pool, spa, tennis, gym, sandy beach volleyball, BBQ by the water.
Boat dock is also avail for rent.

Comfortably sleep up to 6. Rate is varied based on season, length and occupancy.

Annual rate: $1500 + Utility -
Available for short term:
Summer Rate: (05-01-XXXX – 10-30-XXXX)
Above or 6 months: $1600 + Utility
Under 6 months: $1700 + Tax + Utility
3 Months: $1800 + Tax + Utility
1 Month: $1900 + Tax + Utility
Weekly: $700 + tax + Utility

Winter Rate: (11-01-XXXX - 04-30-XXXX)
Above or 6 months: $1700 + Utility
Under 6 months: $1800 + Tax + Utility
3 Months: $1900 + Tax + Utility
1 Month: $2000 + Tax + Utility
Weekly: $900 + Tax + Utility

$75 Cleaning fee
Pet allowed with $200 deposit, $100 is refundable, $100 for pet cleaning.
