Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and malls. Also walking distance to the beach. The property is located directly on the inter-coastal with a large club house with 2 large heated pools,shuffle board and small putting green a large BBQ area can receive up to 24 people.
You can enjoy your evenings on the inter-coastal while watching manatees and boats pass by.
The condo has beautiful private garden views. This condo is fully furnished and a fully equiped kitchen. Seeking a couple of non smokers that will treat it as if it was their own.

Beau complexe de condo directement sur l’intercoastal waterways. Il est situé prés de Woolbright sur la federal a Boynton beach dans le compté de West Palm Beach qui est à 20 minutes de Fort Lauderdale.
Le tout se fait à pied épiceries, pharmacies, restaurants aussi deux centre d’achats. Les plages sont aussi à 15 minutes de marche du condo.
Le complexe de 55+ offre un grand club house avec 2 piscines chauffé, des shuffle board et un petit putting green. Une installation pour les BBQ qui peut recevoir jusqu'à 24 personnes. Le tout directement sur l’intercoastal. Passez vos soirées à regarder les bateaux. Un endroit tranquille et Secure.

Boynton beach is on the east coast half way between West Palm Beach airport and Fort Lauderdale airport.
Close to Delray-Pompano-Boca Raton-Deerfield.
Within 10 minutes drive you can visit the famous West Palm beach Breaker Hotel, City Place complex and its shops and you can also go shopping at Cartier,Gucci and more. West Palm has lots to offer
From airport you can take the train to Gateway station and then either take the bus or a taxi to condo.
Seagate is quiet and well mantained complex and would like to remain that way.
