Vacation Rental Description

Even though this house is relitivly small (1600 sq feet) it has been newly renovated ( open plan ) to give it a very airy light feeling and to bring the out side gardens in. The decor is ment to resemble an art gallery with minimal mid century furnishings.
There is a very private, landscaped back yard with swimming pool/fountain and a hot tub. bult in barbaque.
All native natural tropical landscaped gardens front and back.

Area Description

Chapel Hill is a quiet non gated community great for long or short walks after dinner. We are (not walking but bike ridding distance) to the beach and to the very popular Atlantic Ave. in Del-Ray.
We are located between 95 and the intercoastal. Close to west palm and palm beach. South beach , miami is about 40 minets away.
