This property is located central to Palm Beach County. Situated on the Intercoastal waterway you are approximately 5 minutes from the ocean by boat and 15 minutes from the beach by bike (also a nice walk). The property is approximately 3 miles from I-95 and the nearest Tri-rail station that can wisk you to Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. The West Palm Beach Airport is a short 15 drive. Boynton Beach has been named the "Gateway To The Gulfstream" because the Gulstream passes here closer than anywhere in the US. Bluewater fishing is 10 minutes from the dock!
