The owner, Barbara, was helpful both before arrival and during our stay. We rented her home for 6 days over Christmas 2011. Home is a spacious pre-fab double winged unit with large master bedroom and full bath plus a good sized 2nd bedroom with comfortable queen bed. There is a large (20x20) living room with large screen tv and new sofas etc. Kitchen is well equipped. There is also a 10x15 lanai and manicured backyard for outdoor R&R. Central a/c worked well. Gated community is off main boulevard (Gateway) and close to shopping malls etc (between Congress and Lawrence).

We were fortunate to stay here this year for February & March 2011. We were the first renters, which was nice because everything inside was freshly painted and newly decorated. The owners were very helpful if needed. The facilities were great. We especially enjoyed the twice weekly water exercises at the pool, where we met many nice people. There are many great restaurants nearby as well as beautiful beaches. We highly recommend this accomodation.
