This home is designed for safety and privacy. All of the windows have privacy tinting and privacy blinds.

It is a 3 story town home with private code alarm and closet safe in the master bedroom closet. One bedroom is located on the first floor with a door on the stairway so section off the house from noise.

Boynton Beach Mall is finishing up its makeover the 14 screen Movico cinema is close enough to leave 10 minutes before your movie starts and not miss a preview.

Gyms, tracks, tennis and racquet ball courts are all within you 10 minute walk limit when you are staying at the beautiful and private home.
