We are located just 10 miles south of Bozeman and 2 miles west of Highway 191 close to the quaint little town of Gallatin Gateway. Driving directions from Bozeman: Follow Main Street/Highway 191 5 miles west to Four Corners. Turn left following Highway 191 another 5 miles to the town of Gallatin Gateway where there is an Exxon on the Corner. Turn Right, go approximately 2 miles and over the Gallatin River till you come to Cottontail Road and turn Right, go 1 mile and we are on the right.

We offer the best quality accomadations at the most reasonable pricing. To make things even better, if you choose to stay 6 nights with us the 7th night is on us. This drops your nightly rate even lower to $129.00 per night for a one week stay.

We stayed here for Christmas 2008. Perfect getaway for hunting, easy access to Big Sky, very short drive into Bozeman. VERY QUIET. You're on a ranch in the beautiful Gallatin Gateway community. Night views are amazing. Rooms are comfortable. Very responsive owners!!
