A beautiful vacation home in almost an acre of natural waterfront on the north shore of Prince Edward Island (PEI) with views across Brackley Bay to the sand dunes of the National Provincial Park (complimentary park permit provided to all national parks). A peaceful location only a 5 minutes drive from PEI's glorious beaches and 5 minutes drive from the closest golf course at Stanhope.

The house is furnished throughout with stylish and comfortable furniture and fittings with 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms).

All bedrooms have double closets whilst the master bedroom has a walk in closet/dressing room. The formal dining area seats 8 comfortably and leads out into a screened informal dining area complete with glass table, chairs and gas barbeque. Here you you can sit and enjoy the sun set over the bay with a glass of wine whilst your food cooks on the gas bbq.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave. It has a breakfast bar with separate eating area plus a desk area. Wifi available. A separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is located on the ground floor and the garage is a great place to leave your clubs after that round of golf. All the conveniences to make this a perfect home from home for a memorable vacation for families and couples.

The house is situated on the favoured north shore of Prince Edward Island (PEI), fronting onto Brackley Bay's natural shoreline.

Within a few minutes drive you can be lying on the beautiful clean beaches of the national park at Brackley Beach and Stanhope where, even in high season, you will find plenty of room to put up your beach chairs and lay down your towels. Nearby you can hire canoes and bikes, access the confederation cycle trail or go to a drive-in movie cinema.

Only 15 minutes drive from the house is Cavendish, home of Anne of Green Gables, with living museum and the famous Green Gables house, slightly further away is a waterpark and amusement park.

Whilst being in a beautiful peaceful location, the house is only 15 minutes from Charlottetown Airport and 20 minutes from the centre of Charlottetown, the historic birthplace of Canada, with its many shops, restaurants, cinemas, banks, indoor swimming pool, ice hockey, historic harbour side and Confederation of the Arts Theatre. Families can enjoy the Harbour Hippo tours, double decker London bus tours, horse drawn carriage rides or take a boat ride to view the local seal population.

We have two excellent restaurants close by. The Dunes Gallery and restaurant are a must see, enjoy their Oriental Gardens, eat in the restaurant, browse in the Gallery and watch fine ceramics being produced in the pottery. Another superb restaurant, for those very special occasions, is The Dayboat, which overlooks the Hunter River.
