Description of the Bradenton Beach vacation condo rental
Runaway Bay (RAB), located on beautiful Anna Maria Island (AMI) on the Gulf coast of Florida, is an attractive condominium complex with every imaginable amenity. RAB has the Island's largest heated swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and an exercise room with plenty of state-of-the-art equipment, men’s and woman’s sauna, a pier for enjoying Sarasota Bay, and easy access to those gorgeous Gulf of Mexico beaches! Our condo, recently remodeled in tropical décor, features many upgrades including new wood flooring, stainless appliances, tiled kitchen backsplash and tiled baths. The master suite has a walk in shower and a walk in closet. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the unit. There is new kitchen and bath cabinetry and fresh paint throughout. Our condo features a king size bed in the MBR and twin beds in the Guest BR. There is a 42-inch flat-screen TV with DVD and DVR in the living room and smaller flat screen TV’s in both bedrooms. Wi-Fi is also provided. This unit offers comfortable living inside and easy access to all the outdoor activities for which the Island is famous ….. what more could you want for your Anna Maria Island Vacation!

Area Information
A wide selection of activities, gourmet restaurants and shops are minutes away for you to enjoy. Ride the AMI free trolley which stops at the beaches, restaurants, shops and piers. St. Armand’s Circle, Mote Marine, and the Ringling Museum are nearby. Walt Disney World is just a two hour drive, and Busch Gardens is one hour away. RAB is located between the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay offering the best of both worlds. There is even a beautiful Sarasota Bay view from both the Lanai and MBR. Florida is the fishing capital of the world ….. fish from the RAB dock or charter a fishing vessel.
