Relax time with family !!

This past weekend was an amazing weekend, to stay in the perfect beach with the perfect family and company AND in the perfect house, was just too perfect. We rented the whole house, (3 apartments) and you had EVERYTHING you needed, by mistake I brought chairs, umbrella, kinchen stuff and sooo many things that I shouldn't cause in this property you have EVERYTHING!! I totally recomend this stay to anybody who wants to relax, grill, watch that beautiful sunset from your own house (the upstairs apartment (A) ) cook or relax, relax and RELAX.... I can totally stay there again and again...

We were literally across the road from the beach! We could sit on the porch, eat our meals and enjoy the view of the ocean. While we were down there, we were able to see baby turtles released into the ocean because the neighbor behind us told us. We walked down to the restaurants and gift shops just blocks away. This rental was perfect for us and we will definitely be back!

Best deal on Bradenton Beach

This was a great place for a great price! I searched & searched for somewhere on Bradenton Beach. This is RIGHT across the street from the beach (you can actually see some of the beach from the property) and it took about 1 1/2 min to walk across. The 1 b/r unit was immaculate. Decorated beautifully & Jackie thought of EVERYTHING to have there. I cannot say enough good things about it. If you are going to Bradenton Beach, THIS is the place to go!

Great location across the street from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and more. S mall beach cottage that is very pet friendly if the dogs are well behaved.y family has stayed here on vacation for three generations. You are close to everything you really need

Great Getaway Spot

WE got this apartment on a last minute consideration. The owner was very understanding of our situation and was great to work with. Everything was very comfortable for the 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with all necessities provided. Great location directly across street from the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico and jus blocks from resturants and entertainment. WE are already planning our next getaway.

Hi, My family and I had a wonderful trip. We stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments. It was clean with all the normal amentities of a house. The beach was right across the street which was very nice. The surrounding area was also very nice and the location was wonderful. Very close to Coquina Beach and Long Boat Key. There are walking and biking trails right in front of the house that goes from one end of the island to the other. The residents in the area are extremely nice. Also the house has an adult bike and all kinds of beaches toys you can use. I know I personally rode the bike and had a great time. Our children just loved all the toys that were there. If you want a perfect location nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay, this is it! Bradenton Beach is one of the last real quaint beach towns left in Florida. The apartment was neat and clean with a well-stocked and working kitchen and all the necessary amenities. There is adequate parking, a place to tie up a waverunner on the bay side, and it is a short and easy walk to a variety of restaurants and shops on historic Bridge Street. A free trolley also runs the length of the island for other adventures. St. Armands Circle is a short trip down the road. I saw dolphins frolicing on a daily basis and even a flying fish in the bay one day. I have lived in Florida for 24 years and have visited most of the coastal areas and Ana Maria Island ranks at the very top of my list. I spent the entire month of July there, and would gladly make a return visit at any time. The owner made the rental process convenient and easy and there is an onsite manager living next door if you have any problems. All in all, a delightful getaway in an idyllic setting...enjoy!

Wonderful Family/Pet Friendly Vacation

We recently visited in December 2009 and cannot wait to go back. The setup is perfect for multiple families and is pet friendly. It is right across the street from the beach and a walking trail that will take you to restaurants, shopping & a park. My boys loved walking to the ice cream shop everyday. The area felt safe enough to walk my dog anytime day or night. The location could not have been better. An entrance to the beach was right across the street. Also, the kitchen was well equipped on the few times we cooked dinner. We cannot wait to go back.

"A piece of Heaven"

I first stayed here in July of 2004. I was single and just looking for relaxation. I had a great time sunning, swimming, shopping, and socializing felt totally safe being by myself. I came back to work a new person. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and I had everything I needed, except the wine. I just stayed there for a week with my new husband and we enjoyed many of the same things except he added golf to the list. Just a walk across the street to heaven, it washed away all our stress and now that we are back to work, we miss it very much and we will go back again next year. Thanks for a great time.
