Description of the Bradenton vacation apartment rental
Nestled under a canopy of Australian Pines you will discover this charming collection of vacation apartments, each uniquely decorated in old Florida themes.

Accomodations include all utilities, turnkey furnishings,full kitchens, cable TV and WIFI access on the property. Also onsite is a coin operated laundry and use of phone for local calling. All units are non-smoking.

Studio apartments and 1 Bedroom units can sleep 2-4 people comfortably. We also have pet friendly units if you are traveling with "woof" or "meow". There is a non-refundable pet fee required.

Prices are based on 2 person occupancy, there are additional fees for over 2 people. Children under 6 stay free.

Located only a 3.5 mile walk, bike or drive to the white sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria Island.

On site office hours are 10-6 Monday-Friday; 10-2 on Saturday and Sunday. Office is closed on all legal holidays. A valid MasterCard, Visa or Discover is required to hold a reservation. Reservations for high season require an up front deposit that is only refundable if the apartment can be re-let at the same price and terms.

We received this request to write a review for our recent stay, but we didn't stay here, so I don't know why you are indicating that we did. I did however send two different inquiries to the Parrot Inn about two seperate rentals for March of this year, and NEVER received any reply from the Inn. I guess they don't need the business, and they won't be receiving ours. I know it is a busy season, but it only takes a minute to reply to a request for lodging if they know how to use a computer. If not, then perhaps they know how to use a phone?

Sorry for the confusion, I am not sure why you got the feedback inquiry from Vacation Home Rentals, but it seems you did.

We respond to ALL e-mail inquiries with a standard auto-response message that suggests that the inquirer check directly with our on site office. Since we only have 12 units, changes are constantly occuring and availability changes by the hour....particularly in high season (you mentioned you had inquired about a March rental)

Perhaps you thought the e-mail was spam since it would not have come from The Parrot Inn, but rather from the private owner's e-mail. Or worse yet, perhaps it ended up in your spam folder.

At any rate, we are sorry that we missed out on the opportunity of meeting you. We have a very unique and special cluster of vacation accomodations. Maybe you will see your way clear to try us out at another time in the future.

Great little funky atmosphere place

Cute and very convenient--lots of funky Parrothead atmosphere. Nice large shady courtyard. Room small efficiency, but very clean and quite adequate. Management was SUPER! Would definitely stay again.

A: We are located on the Bradenton mainland and ony 3.7 mile bike, walk r drive to the beaches of Anna Maria Island. Once on the Island you can hop a free trolly to take you up and down the 7.5 mile long Island where you will find restaurants and shopping galore!
Q: What makes your vacation rental special?
A: We are very unique in that we are small and quaint having only 12 apartments and each one is decorated with a different theme. Two of our apartments are pet friendly. We are the best value on the Florida Gulf coast and you will find our apartments spotless.
Q: What is the coolest activity that is close by?
A: The beach of course...only 3.7 miles or a 5-7 minute drive.
