Description of the Bradenton vacation condo rental

Come and relax in our cozy and comfortable two bedroom two bath condominium here in Bradenton, Florida.NEW FLAT SCREEN VIZIO TV AND LEATHER LAZYBOY 6-30-10. We privately own our condo and rent it out. Brand new sofa added this week, Sept. 2011. Our 1250 sq. foot condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The condominium is air conditioned and has a new washer and dryer. It has a spacious master bedroom with a walk in closet and bathroom. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twins. Enjoy the bright, cozy morning room and a comfortable living room complete with cable television. It has a separate dining area and a lovely screened lanai which overlooks a peaceful setting of trees and a pond to the left.We have owned our condo for 9 years and each summer we take the time to upgrade our condo for your comfort and convenience. Recent upgrades include: New air conditioning, new sofa and coffee table, new dining lighting, new blinds, a new extra long king bed in the master, and new carpet. This summer's upgrade was taking out the linolieum flooring and replacing it with beautiful diagonally set ceramic tile in the kitchen, morning room, halls, both bathrooms and even the screened lanai, along with a new self cleaning oven! The complex is on 30 acres with tree lined streets, lighted sidewalks, six lakes, two swimming pools and jacuzzi, two tennis courts and more. We are ten minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. Convenient grocery shopping is in walking distance along with several nice restaraunts, pubs, putter golf, movies and shopping. Nearby attracations include: Ringling Museum 15 min., St. Armands Circle, Sarasota 25 min., Busch Gardens, Tampa 60 min., and Disney World, Orlando 2 hrs. Bradenton is a golf haven and our condo is within 10 minutes of several courses. The clubhouse in the Shorewalk complex has a snack bar, a library, ping pong, billiards, large screen T.V. and hosted activities in season such as movie night and football night. Shorewalk is an ideal place for a Florida vacation. Feel free to email me directly with any questions you may have. Lodging tax: 11 1/2% state and resort tax applicable
Deposits: 20% of stay and $200 security deposit. I am always willing to come by on check out to look over our condo and return security before you leave, or I will mail it the following week. $50.00 cleaning fee
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
Other Fees: $25.00 an hour additional cleaning fee is charged if unreasonable cleaning is necessary. I expect the refridgerator to be emptied, final dishes washed in dishwasher. Final bed linens and towels I take care of washing.

Shorewalk Stay

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. The owners are very gracious and very attentive to detail. We received a welcome basket with very usable/desired items. The condo was light and airy. The community felt safe and for being so close to Cortez highway, was unbelieveably quiet. The condo felt quite like home and had plenty of space for the two of us. We plan to use the same condo next year, except we will will stay longer this time. If cleanliness is at the top of your list as a requirement, this condo met this spec. Thanks to the owners for such a pleasant experience.

My family absolutely loved it. The quietness of the room was wonderful...nothing like a hotel. This was a plus with small children. The beds were comfortable and everything felt like home....but better. We were close to everything and the staff was very nice and helpful. We loved the pools and hot tub and the kids really enjoyed the tennis courts. I also enjoyed the walkway around the villa. Even the landscaping was nicely manicured and enjoyable. I would definately recommend Shorewalk to anyone wanting a reasonably priced and relaxing vacation.

Very nice - roomy, comfortable, quiet, convenient, reasonable. Too busy to take advantage of pools, etc. Would definately stay again if we were to visit this area again.

Great Condo

I rented this for a long weekend for myself and my son, his wife, my two grandkids, 8 & 6. So very much better than trying to fit all in one or two hotel rooms, and less expensive, also. The condo was quiet, beautiful views, a huge pool and hot tub not 300 yards away, and about 8 miles from the beach or less. The furnishings were very nice, the mattresses excellent, there is internet access, and all linens and maid service after we left included in the price. The "beach closet" had everything you could possibly think of for a trip to the beach. I highly recommend. The owners were very gracious.

The condo was perfect in every respect. It was convenient to shopping and to the beach, and the heated pools were wonderful. We could not find anything lacking - down to the least detail in the kitchen drawers. We hope to return in 2011.

We stayed for 2 weeks and wanted to stay for longer as we were so comfortable. Ericka, the owner, was very amenable as I wanted Thurs- Thurs, only 2 weeks and we were late arriving! Everything is spotlessly clean and it is in a peaceful position on Shorewalk. King size bed so comfy!!
