Description of the Bradenton vacation condo rental

Lovely first floor 2BR/2B condominium which has been totally redone. Nicely furnished with everything you could possibly need. Glass enclosed porch with pavered patio and a view of a lake with two swans. Heated pool, tennis court and clubhouse.

Condo has king bed in the master bedroom with private bath and second bedroom has twin beds with bathroom just steps away. Washer and dryer in condo. Large flat screen TV in living room, TV in each bedroom, DVD player, CD player with headphones, internet and phone service.

Area Information

The condominium community is approximately two miles to the beautiful beaches, thirty minutes to Sarasota, one hour to Tampa, and two and one half hours to Orlando.

Close to shopping - excellent restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, movie house, theatres, churches, many golf courses, miniture golf, parks, fishing, boating, parasailing, botanical garden, large flea market, very large Ellenton Outlet Mall. There is so much to do in this area, you will never get bored!

A Lovely Spot

Shorewalk is a community with many advantages. It is close to the stores for shopping and to many recreational areas like the Gulf beach for sunning and swimming, the YMCA for working out, and old Bradenton for its harbor, library, museums and other historical buildings. Its easy access to major roads allows one to take advantages of many tourist attractions in the area, the fascinating Ringling Brothers Museum being one. The outdoor area has two spas, two heated pools, a basketball court and other game options The men’s group playing tennis daily is a great way for some to meet people easily, while others find the club house with its books, and people using their personal computers, as another avenue for chatting and socializing. Our condo was indeed a pleasure for not only was it clean , attractive and well furnished, but it had unexpected items like a hair dryer, beach toewels, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. While the owner lives in England, he still was readily accessible by responding quickly to our problems through his computer and through his local contact Sherry who came immediately to work out the solution. Our vacation there will be a good memory.
