Beautiful 1st floor condo at Tara's Fairway Gardens II. This non-smoking, 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooks the lake at the 3rd hole of Tara Golf and Country Club. Modernly and immaculately furnished with king bed in master suite, queen bed in 2nd bedroom and sofabed in living room. Includes a well appointed kitchen, with eating area and large pantry. Condo has large hi-def TV, wireless internet, 4 ceiling fans, California style closet systems, full capacity washer and dryer, garage with remote opener, screened in lanai. Community pool is steps away! There is an optional transferrable Class A Membership for the serious or casual golfer,which includes use of the clubhouse, tennis courts, and new gym facility; this is available for a $200 transfer fee. Wunderschönes Condominium

Wir haben in Tara über 4 Wochen das herrliche Condominium genossen, es war sehr sauber und gross, der Ausblick auf einen See am 4. Fairway vom Tara Golf & Counzty Club war grandios, wir haben c. 20 Golfplätze in der Region Sarasota/Bradenton gespielt. Das Angebot an Essen und Trinken war in der näheren Umgebung sehr gut. Geren werden wir wiederkommen !

immaculate condo, extremely comfortable and spacious. Neighbors were wonderful and the location couldn't have been more perfect for our situation. The owners are very kind and did everything to make sure our stay was nothing less than perfect! I look forward to staying here annually! No need to pack a thing, the condo had everything we needed!

Beautiful view on Tara Golf Course!

We enjoyed every day in this great condo with a beautiful view of a lovely pond and the 4th hole of Tara CC. The owners left many "extras" that made our stay comfortable. The condo is tastefully decorated and the layout adds privacy. We walked every day, meeting friendly neighbors and often enjoyed fun around the pool. The award-winning Sunday brunch is worth the trip to Tara's club house. The golf course was challenging, but accommodating with 7 levels at each tee box. A great way to spend January!
