Description of the Bradenton vacation condo rental

This is a 2BR/2B first floor condominium/villa in the Valencia community located within the IMG/El Conquistador Country Club area. Nicely appointed - corner unit, which makes it light and bright. Glass enclosed porch with a lovely treed and greenbelt view plus just steps to the heated pool and spa. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and second bedroom has a sleeper sofa plus desk. Washer and dryer in closet on front screened porch. Condo has a land phone plus wi-fi. Heated pool and spa. The golf course is semi-private, which features a beautiful dining room and grill room with a view of Sarasota Bay. About 15 minutes to the airport and approximately eight miles to the beach

(there is a testamonial on 2/12, but that was for a different condo in Valencia)

Area Information

Close by is the IMG Academy, State College of Florida, churches, grocery stores, Target, TJ Maxx all within ten minutes. There is the Red Barn Flea Market, 20 minutes away and about a half hour to the Ellenton Outlet Mall. Approximately 15 minutes to Sarasota which offers several play houses, Asolo Theater, Van Wezel Performing Arts, etc.

Perfect location

The condo is clean and large. The golf course is very challenging - too difficult for a person who cannot lift the ball over many sand traps onto elevated greens. Management were super when you asked for anything. We enjoyed the friendliness of the people around the pool. Beeches are about 20 minutes from condo. At the golf course they have two for one mals on Wednesday and family buffet on Thursday. We would have liked to see more activities offered as only 4 people showed up for bridge night and poker night had three people. The only negative thing about the condo was that there is not enough cutlery when you have company. The beds were very comfortable. So this was a great experience and hope we can return next year

This is a very nice condo, clean and well taken care of. The property is very well maintained. The living room furniture should be replaced but everything else was well appointed.
