Description of the Bradenton vacation condo rental

This lovely end unit comfortably sleeps six with queen size bed, two double beds and two full baths. A wonderfully maintained unit with cedar lined cathedral ceilings, freshly painted walls, large windows and private atrium is aptly named, the "Tree House" villa. It overlooks a private, natural forest perfect for bird watching or just sitting back and reading a book in the peaceful surroundings of your screened lanai. All rooms have ceiling fans for comfortable days and nights.

The friendly condo community is situated on 22 acres of lush landscaping, located at the base of the causeway leading to pristine beaches on Anna Maria Island. Heated community pool, sauna, hot tub, tennis, shuffleboard, and lighted sidewalks make this a special place. Small dogs under 30 lbs. are allowed.

Area Information

Pine Bay Forest in Bradenton is located just minutes to the gorgeous beaches of Anna Maria Island and just yards to shopping, medical facility, post office, parks and restaurants. At the end of the street there is a tranquil bayfront park with a shady walk to the overlook where you can enjoy the Palma Sola bayfront vista owned by Pine Bay Forest. You can also walk, bike or paddle to Robinson's Preserve on Palma Sola Bay. There's plenty of boating and fishing - and Anna Maria Island is a beach lover's dream. This area is also a golfer's paradise; a must to play is Bradenton Country Club or Longboat Key. There are 44 golf courses in the area.

Great location!

We vacationed at this villa during February and March 2011. It is spacious and quite nicely furnished. We especially enjoyed the setting - the view from every window is of trees and shrubs with no other dwellings visible. One minor drawback of its location is traffic noise from Manatee Avenue. The villa is about five miles from beautiful Holmes Beach but only a few minutes drive from a narrow beach along Palma Sola Causeway, a usually quiet spot where we enjoyed sitting and reading. There are shopping opportunities close to the villa including Publix, Albertson's and K-Mart. We hope to be able to return for another stay in the future.
