Description of the Bradenton vacation condo rental

Very nice1BR/1B second floor furnished condominium. The kitchen features a range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. TV in living room plus TV in bedroom. Open floor plan. The porch is screened plus glass enclosed. Laundry facilities by the pool/clubhouse. The community has a heated pool, clubhouse and shuffleboard. It is close to shopping, bus stop, and about 10 miles to the beaches.

Rates for January thru March are $1350 per month. All rentals are subject to 11.% resort tax, $70 clean up fee plus $4.55 tax and a security deposit.

Area Information

DeSoto Mall is about one half mile from the complex, along with another shopping area that includes Michaels, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Hancock Fabrick, Ross and much more. Sarasota is about twenty minutes away and Tampa about 45 minutes.
