As for the property it comes with 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, Living Room, Dining Room, Large Kitchen and Screened in Lanai. The Master Bedroom has a king bed that sleeps two adults with room on the floor for a baby’s play pen if need be, two large closets and full (tub) bathroom. The Second Bedroom has (2) two twin-beds that sleeps up to two people, large closet and full (tub) bathroom all on the second floor.

The Living Room comes complete with queen-size sofa bed that sleeps 2 adults, new 46-inch high definition flat screen TV with satellite reception, two end chairs/ tables and half bath. Dining Room has a table that will seat up to six guests, a computer desk with active phone and internet to keep up with school work or maybe even business if you choose to do so. The kitchen comes complete with all the dishes, utensils and small appliances needed to cook a complete meal. There is an over the range microwave, new refrigerator and new (HE) washer and dryer installed so you can travel back with clean clothes.

The Bedrooms are complimented with high vaulted ceilings, crown molding and ceiling fans. This condo is truly like a model home. All the furniture is new! Every vacation convenience is at your fingertips and you're a 10 to 20 minute drive from every reason you are looking to vacation on the beautiful gulf coast of Florida.

Outside the front door you have an assigned parking spot and plenty of parking for visitors within feet of the front door. The pool is within walking distance and has plenty to offer, playground for the kids, volleyball, basketball, tennis courts and the clubhouse with showers and bathrooms if needed. There are also BBQ grills located on the outside of the pool fence and this pool is private to only those of this establishment and its guests. We know you will enjoy your stay, as this home has lots for everyone’s enjoyment.

We are sorry to say that there is NO Smoking or NO pets allowed in the condo. Renter must be at a minium of 25 years of age.

This Condominium is in a beautifully well maintained gated community. It has a lot to offer its guests; it has many amenities like a large pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, child playground and volleyball courts on the establishment. Shop at one of the areas prestige’s Premium Outlet Malls of Ellenton about 10 min away, poised shopping area of St. Armand's Circle roughly a 20 min drive and many new shopping malls that have opened in the surrounding area for your enjoyment.

There is easy access to I-75 and US 301. Gulf beaches are within a 20 minute drive like the #1 Beach in the US, Siesta Beach, and others including Lido Key, Longboat Key, and Anna Maria Island, all have wonderful beaches to explore. There is spring training for Major League Baseball in this area. Sarasota has plenty of arts & entertainment for you to enjoy. Sarasota & Bradenton have marinas with parks for a scenic walk or picnic. There are also plenty of beautiful golf courses nearby for all the golfers to enjoy. There are plenty of restaurants for whatever you may be craving for that day. The Tampa Bay Area is about a 45 minute drive, where you can visit the Lowry Zoo and Busch Gardens and of course the most Famous Disney World, Orlando is about a 2 hour drive.

Of course, you've got to have readily access to food and all the other necessities so we have a US Post Office, CVS Pharmacy, Sam's and a Walmart all within a 5 minute drive down the road.
