Description of the Bradenton vacation condo rental
This newly decorated non-smoking, pet free, first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath, condo with a den awaits you at Tara Golf and County Club. The condo is located in the Verandas section of Tara. There is new hard wood flooring throughout with top-of-the-line Tommy Bahama style furnishings. The condo features a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, king size bed, and a full size bath with a walk in shower. The den has a queen size sofa bed for guests. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and another full bathroom off of the second bedroom. The living area opens up to an enclosed rear lanai for enjoying comfortable relaxation outdoors overlooking the 5th fairway and the 6th green. The large eat in kitchen overlooks the enclosed front lanai. A washer and dryer is located in the condo for added convenience and a detached 1 car garage. Two large flat screen TV's (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom) with Cable, Internet, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Golf Membership is transferable for $200.00. This allows occupants to play golf on a private beautiful golf course for reduced rates, unlimited practice range and enjoy all the amenities including dining in the club house restaurant, exercise facility, tennis, pools, etc.

Area Information
Tara is less than 1 mile west of I-75 and offers easy access to some of the most popular areas the west coast of Florida has to offer. Located 20-30 minutes from Siesta Key, St. Armands Circle and the Ringling Museum. Other beaches within a 25-40 minute drive include Bradenton Beach, Longboat Key, Lido, Anna Marie Island and Holmes Beach. If you like shopping, fishing, and dining you will be centrally located to all of these activities. The area has several grocery / supermarkets within a short drive away and these being, Wal-Mart, Publix, Sweetbay etc. in addition to fine restaurants. As the interstate is just minutes from the condo, the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is only 20 minutes away; Tampa International 40 minutes, Orlando airport less than 2 hours and Miami airport about 4 hours away.
