FASTASTIC VACATION

We were at river strand. Only complaint with the house are the cooking utensils. There was only one dutch oven as the large pot and if your Italian this does not do for cooking a pasta meal. Also if there was a roast pan to cook a turkey it would be fantastic. These are not major obstickles and not even close to an issue that would prevent me from renting again. It is a beautiful property and grounds and my comments are only for thought for the owners. Thank-you very much

This house is very spacious, clean, comfortable and very well planned out. We had a great time! It's a bit of a distance to Sarasota, Naples and Siesta Key (25 plus miles).

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation. The condo,golf course and the pool were amazing. The grounds are kept up so well and sitting by the pool and relaxing was great. If you are a golfer the course is in great shape. The condo had all the amenities of home, so we felt very comfortable. All of the shopping is one mile away and has every thing you need. Siesta key beach is beautiful and is only 25 mins away enjoy it. Again it was a great experience and we can not wait to return.

This was my 1st ever month long vacation. The location, living quarters and weather were fantastic. We were able to take quick trips to Orlando and Ft Myers. Spent multiple days in Sarasota and surrounding areas. Our activities included shopping, art shows, dog races, lunches, circus, Edison-Ford Museum, state fair and Orlando. We used the hot tube and pool daily. A quick trip to Tampa allowed for us to have multiple quests over the month. The trip and everything about it was a gas!

We read the reviews and expected this place to be nice but it was even better than we thought. Most of the amenities were mentioned but it is also close to shopping and the highway. The beds were comfy and the master was awesome and had a walkout to the pool...nice. The house had three full baths and ours had a shower and a tub. Thanks Art for letting us stay and being on call if we needed anything. Rent this house, you will be glad you did!

Incredible Getaway

My husband and I with our family thought we would be staying somewhere nice by the pictures...but it was better than we could have expected. The location is great, close to everything but quiet and relaxing. The layout of the house was great for multiple family activities and for entertaining guests. The ease of access to the express way...and there are no words to express the hospitality shown by Mr. Benson. Thank You

Beautiful. Huge Master bedroom and bath. 3 other bedrooms and a fold up bed. Clean, bright. Kids loved the pool. Bummed that it took about 30 min to get to Bradenton beach. Drove to Ft Dosoto one day, at the pier we saw porpoise! Grocery store 2 min away. Sarasota to the Ringling Museum and walked the marina park. All in all a wonderful house and relaxing vacation!

SPLENDIFEROUS Vacation Spot

Splendiferous is the best way to describe our stay.(Splendiferous is a term once invented by a student who thought a field trip was the best that could ever be) The home is wonderful, great layout. The pool and hottub are a super asset. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We cooked and grilled part of the time there and took in local restaurants the rest. Great location, easy access to local sites and close to freeway to take in the Tampa sites. Quiet neighborhood right on the golf course. Owner lives close by and is wonderful to answer questions and address any problems that could happen. Even though they only allow 5 stars....my true rating is 10 STARS. This is a great vacation place and one I would return to when coming to the Sarasota/Bradenton area.

My husband and I absolutely loved the home and private pools. The home was very very nice and clean. The grounds were beautiful and my son loved the private pool! We drove to Siesta Key and Long Boat Key to go to the beautiful beaches.
