This tastefully decorated home in a well-landscaped, secure, quiet community is also extremely well located for shopping, restaurants, etc. The solar heated pool in the netted lanai backs onto a lovely preserve. The gated community also offers two pools, gym, nature trails and walks by the several lakes within the complex. Several golf courses are nearby and some of the most beautiful beaches in the country are just twenty minutes away.
Available from mid-December to mid-March when Sarasota offers high quality entertainment in way of opera, ballet, concerts and live theatre.
The kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are provided. Included in the rent of US$2750, is cable TV, high speed internet, unlimited calls within the US and Canada and house cleaning services every two weeks.
Area Description
Conveniently located for I-75, Sarasota/Braden airport, and within a short drive of the the Ringling Museum and the many excellent dining places, shops and boutiques of Sarasota. Mote Marine, Longboat Key and St. Armand Circle are also an easy drive. Tampa International Airport is about an hour away.
