Description of the Bradenton vacation home rental

Gorgeous executive home (3,000 sq ft)just ten miles east of Bradenton, deep in the Manatee River Wilderness Area, just 20 miles from the beaches of Anna Maria Island.

Dine on the enclosed lanai with pool and spa, while you gaze at the secluded lake and forest preserve beyond. The area abounds with wildlife and native bird species. The view is incredible.

The fully furnished and equipped home features 4 bedrooms (with second master), three bathrooms, living room, dining room, den, gourmet kitchen with granite, breakfast area, family room and bonus room with pool table. The master 5 piece bath includes granite counters, twin sinks, soaking tub, large walk-in shower and water closet. This spacious home has an open floor plan that surrounds the lanai. There is a laundry room and three car side loading garage.

Area Description

The home is located in Florida’s Central Gulf Coast, a 40 minute drive south of Tampa and twenty-five miles from the white-sand beaches of Sarasota. Disneyworld in Orlando is a short 90 miles away by interstate highway.

What was once a rural outpost north and east of Bradenton, Parrish is now as pleasantly rustic as it always was, with just a touch of big city shopping and other urban conveniences. The property is located in the prestigious Twin Rivers development, a pristine country setting, surrounded by the Manatee River Wilderness Area.

Five years of careful planning and permitting ensure that the developers of Twin Rivers preserve the pristine nature of the upper Manatee River and Gamble Creek, while creating a neighborhood where residents can experience a bit of old Florida and enjoy the privacy of their own spacious backyard.

Twin Rivers encompasses approximately 1,800 acres of farmland, pastures, oak hammocks and wetlands with miles of frontage along the Manatee River and Gamble Creek. Hundreds of acres will be left undisturbed and hundreds of acres are designated as recreation and open areas. When complete, Twin Rivers will be comprised of 950 home sites developed in four phases.

Check In: 4 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: One Week Minimum
Deposits: Registration Deposit: 1/2 total rental fee. Remainder to be paid four (4) days before arrival. Damage/Housekeeping Deposit: $500.00 Assuming no damage, the deposit will be returned less a $25/hour cleaning fee withing one week of your departure
Other Fees: Prices listed are for occupancy of 1-4 person. A $25 surcharge per person per week will be charged for occupancy of 5-8 persons. There is also a $120 per week utility charge (pool heating and/or air conditioning.

House had all the amenities you would want. We had three small children and they stayed in the pool almost all week. The house is very clean and spacious.

It was everything and more than we could have hoped for. The pictures were gorgeous but didn't do justice or show everything. The jasmine in the landscaping was blooming making the air smell divine. Night and day all was quiet allowing for early bedtimes or late sleep-ins. Our kids loved the pool and thought the wildlife was awesome. Jane was extremely helpful and always available for any questions or concerns.
