Bedrooms are outfitted with a king size bed in master bedroom, 2 queen size beds, and 2 twin beds in the remaining two bedrooms, this villa comfortably sleeps 10 people. There is an ensuite bathroom in the king size bedroom and one of the queen size bedrooms, with another bathroom located near the other rooms. The large and spacious living room is bright and sunny and equipped with cable TV and DVD, kitchen is fully fitted with everything you could possibly require, there is a dining area in the kitchen as well as a seperate formal dining room and living area, laundry room, and large two car garage. The pool/ patio is southerly facing and overlooks a small lake teeming with wildlife. There is an outdoor eating area to enjoy it all! Although Tampa Airport is the nearest International Airport to the property, other airports are also within an easy drive to the property and these include Sarasota / Bradenton (15 minutes), Orlando (2 hours), and Orlando Sanford (2 hours).

If you want to visit the Orlando attractions (eg. Disney, Universal, Sea World etc.) these can be reached by car within 90 minutes Busch Gardens can be reached by car within 50 minutes.
