This magnificient villa is centrally located in the blissful, quiet golf community of Fairways at Imperial Lakewoods. Standing in its own grounds with a stunning, private, fully screended in, south facing pool that backs directly on to a green with beautiful views down the fairway. Large open plan lounge, furnished to an extremely high standard throughout!!! Spacious formal living room, elegant dining area, kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator automatically providing ice and chilled water, cooker with ceramic hob, filtered water on tap, microwave and dishwasher. Large den boasts LCD television with home theater system. Free broadband, WiFi internet connection and free USA and Canada phone calls are also provided. All 5 bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, televisions, and cable programming. The master suite has a king bed, LCD TV, his and hers basins, large walk-in shower, roman bath tub, and large walk-in closet. There are 2 queen bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, all with walk-in closets. In addition to the master bath, there are 2 additional bathrooms upstairs with bath / showers. BBQ is on site to grill and dine out by the large pool with patio furniture and stunning views across course.

Check In: 4 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Deposits: All bookings require 10% deposit then remaining balance to be paid within 6 weeks of arrival date. There is a refundable $400 security fee due with final balance.
Other Fees: The pool can be heated for just $125 per week and is recommended during the Winter months. The rate includes all taxes, utility costs, pre and post cleaning fees. There is a $150 cleaning fee for any booking less than 7 days.
