Description of the Bradenton vacation home rental

Luxury villa that offers the perfect location for you to explore the best that Florida has to offer. Enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast while staying in the exclusive River Strand Golf community, which boasts its own 27 hole golf course.

DESCRIPTION

This newly built luxury villa is situated within the prestigious River Strand gated golfing community at Heritage Harbour. The house is on a quiet cul de sac and sleeps up to 10 people. It has a large screened lanai with dining table and chairs and loungers and heated pool and spa. The large open plan central living area boasts an entrance hall, pool table, dining table for 8, spacious lounge with 60 inch TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player, fully fitted open kitchen and breakfast bar with stools. There is a laundry room with front loading washer, dryer. The master bedroom has an King size bed, 42 inch wall mounted TV, en suite bathroom with walk in shower, two vanity basins, bath and enormous walk in closet. Bedroom 2 is fitted with a queen bed, 32 inch wall mounted TV, with en suite bathroom, bedroom 3 and 4 are both twins with 32 inch wall mounted TV's and share bathroom with his and her sinks. The house is fully air conditioned. There is a BBQ on site to grill out and enjoy the beautiful Florida evenings. Golf / Tennis membership is available for a small transfer fee, (cart fees are still applicable).

Conveniently located off Interstate 75 exit 220. Airports: Sarasota/Bradenton 15 mins, Tampa 45 mins and Orlando 1hr 50 mins. Heritage Harbour is a new Golf and Country Club development with easy access to the idyllic Gulf Coast beaches of Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, Longboat Key and the white sands of Siesta Key. Numerous restaurants, supermarkets and Ellenton Outlet Shopping Mall within 10 minutes drive. Disney/EPCOT/Sea World approx 90 mins, Busch Gardens 45 mins, Myakka State Park 25 mins, Sarasota/St Armands Circle 20 mins. Numerous Golf Courses nearby catering for all levels. Two Championship Golf Courses at Heritage Harbour, i.e. River Strand (27 holes) and Stoneybrook (18 holes) both offering great variety and value and are a true test for all standards.

Fantastic Property

My family and I spent a week in pure luxury and relaxation. The home is beautiful and is furnished for everyone to feel comfortable. The pool and spa were amazing and everyone enjoyed themselves in them. The covered patio was so nice in the evening keeping any unwanted pests away and in the morning sitting have coffee was beautiful. The golf courses were in fantastic shape and were challenging and definitely a reason to return. We all agree we will definitely be returning to this property as everything you need is supplied. Thank you for a perfect family vacation.

We spent 4 weeks in the house in May this year. We had a great time. The house was terrific and the area had a lot to offer. River Strand is a beautiful neighbourhood with great golf opportunities. Our daughter loved the pool, she was 1 year old at the time, and the only downside was that she could not use the clubhouse pool since she was not potty trained. But we spent the days by the pool at the house or at the beach. The beach is about a 35 min drive. The house is close to the interstate which gives good oportunities to travel. The area has a lot to offer and we even got to see a space shuttle launch. After 4 weeks in the house it felt like home and we were sorry to leave. Chris, our contact, was wonderful.
