On Stoneybrook, there is 4 tennis courts without reservation. A large pool, a spa and a training center are availables also for free.

Stoneybrook Golf Club which is an 18 holes course designed by Arthur Hills is one of the worlds top 5 designers. GPS Carts. It's a true golfer's course, but with cheap rates!

The community is close to I 75, 20 minutes from Sarasota, St-Petersburg ans 30 minutes from Tampa.

A premier outlet mall is just one stop up the freeway (there are over 250 shops!). The designer shops of St Armand's Circle together with various restaurants it has to offer throughout the day and evening is about a 20 minute drive away.

There are also many fine dining and casual restaurants all within easy reach of the property! Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach are the nearest beaches - the white powdery sand has won awards worldwide as the best beach year after year. Watching the sun go down with the dolphins and manatees in the bay is simply a must when you stay here!

The famous beach of Siesta Key is also only a short drive away.

Try a drink at wonderfull Cesar Palace on St-Pete Beach or a great dinner on Channelside in downtown Tampa.
