Description of the Bradenton vacation home rental

A country like setting with private pond near everything.....theaters, shopping, amusements, fishing, equestrian activities etc. Our home has been recently remodeled with little spared in appointments. The minute you walk in the door you will feel you are home. House is situated on 1.3 plush acres with a private stocked pond. The enclosed pool deck is a wonderful place to socialize or just enjoy the beautiful surroundings of big oaks and plush tropical foliage . Family room has TV/Stereo with cable. On a chilly winter evening you will love using the beautiful wood-burning fireplace. Quiet and separate living room adjoining dining room, has a huge reading library. Kitchen has most recent stainless appliances and is ready for the best gourmet chef. The master bedroom suite (300 sq feet) at opposite end of house is made for escape. Two beautiful leather club chairs surrounding the fireplace* face the flat screen TV with DVR. Massive closet space will accommodate the largest his/hers wardrobe. The highest quality queen mattress in both bedrooms will welcome you for the best sleep you have ever had. A large picture window overlooks the plush rear of the property and the pond and massive ancient oaks. The 3rd bedroom is currently outfitted as an office and is equipped with cable for internet. *Electric

The area, Mill Creek, is central to everything. It is 5 miles on SR64 to I75 which is the corridor to everything....Tampa (45 min), Naples (2hr), Ft Meyers (1 1/2 hr), Venice (30 min), St Petersburg (30 min). It connects to I4 which takes you to Orlando (2 hr). The beaches are 30 minutes straight down SR64/Manatee Avenue or to Sarasota Siesta Key etc. Lakewood Ranch Road and the communities and shops of Lakewood Ranch is 3 minutes away. Golf courses are everywhere and equistrian activities abound. Fresh water fishing is 5 minutes from our drive and saltwater access is 15-20 minutes. The Ellenton Factory Outlet Shops Mall is 15 minutes and the huge new Ft Myers Outlet Mall is about 1 1/4 hours away. There is several public tennis courts within 5-8 minutes of our drive. If you enjoy motorsports there is the Desoto Motorsports Park about 3 miles away that feature a 3/8 mile oval Saturday nights and a 1/4 mile dragway on Saturday and Sunday days. The nationally famous East Bay Speedway (3/8 mile dirt oval) is about 40 minutes up I75.

Our home is on a cul de sac and is a safest possible place for children playing outdoors. We are in a upscale family community with quiet streets for bicycling and walking.

• Deposits: $500 to confirm and total payment upon arrival.

 Excellent Home away from Home, June 3, 2009

My husband and I stayed in this vacation rental for the month of April and we can't say enough good things about this home! It is spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. We had our parents come to stay with us and we each felt like we had our own "quarters". I would recommend this rental to anyone and would gladly rent it again. Thanks Carol and Tom for everything!!

This vacation rental property was great. Everything was in tip-top shape and even better than represented. We loved our experience and would happily rent from these owners again. The house was spacious, full of amenities, a nice quiet neighborhood, the neighbors were great and very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
