Right out back is a fantastic canal view which we enjoyed for 3 full winter months. The master bdrm accommodations are very nice, except for lack of lighting. The spare bdrm pullout sleeper is not all that comfortable. Plenty of sheets, not many blankets. Kitchen equipped with all needed appliances, no fry pan (wok only), and limited glasses and bowls (left some we picked up at garage sale). Otherwise, all start-up supplies were included. Cable TV included but only vcr/dvd player working was in the master bdrm. The adjoining duplex owners were extremely nice and helped us anytime we asked questions. The rental owners were very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any issues which arose with the property. Would recommend this rental to anyone interested in relaxation and enjoyment of Fla's grand splendors of nature within feet of your back door. Owner Supplied Testimonials
Owners of this property are on the road due to a construction industry career. They are just trying to curb expenses and that is why this is well under priced for furnished vacation home. Very clean and Nice location!
