Description of the Bradenton vacation home rental
Charming 3 bedrm newly renovated beach cottage. Available year round and rents for $1,400.00/week, 2 week minimum or $4,000.00/month inclusive. Five minutes to five miles of sugar sand beaches. For those who own a boat one block to boat basin.
A newly renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances is fully equipped to handle all in home dining. The dining area seats 6 to 8 comfortably and is complimented by tropical views through sliding glass doors onto an 14'x 45' screened lanai area. All rooms are fully furnished including the greatroom located immediately off of the kit./dining area.
The master suite offers a king sized bed the suite contains it's own full bath and spacious walk-in closet.
Situated on the other end of the "split plan" home is a den and two roomy bedrooms that share their own full bathroom. One bedroom containins a queen size bed and the other with 2 twin beds.
This house is perfect for two couples to share and still have privacy.
Bradenton is twenty minutes from SRQ airport, 1&1/2 hours from Disney and within 5 minutes beaches. Additionally, fifteen top rated golf course are a short distance drive.
Area Description
Only 20 min. from SRQ, Sarasota/Bradenton Int'l airport, the home is located in the quaint neighborhood of Palma Sola Park. Palma Sola Park is located in the city of Bradenton in Manatee County, Florida and is sided by 2 metropolitan cities, Tampa, 1hr. north and Sarasota, 30 min. to the south. The neighborhood is adjacent to the intracoastal waters of Palma Sola Bay and Anna Maria Island. The homes proximity to these areas, 5 min. & 10 min. respectively,and it's unique location to the entrance of Tampa Bay, it offers an almost endless number of opportunities including visits to the soft sand beaches and in particular the Manatee County Public Beach located directly on the warm gulf waters. The city of Bradenton and the barrier islands of Anna Maria and Longboat Key, offer ample dining and shopping opportunities for vacationers includng the popular shops of St. Armands Circle.
The city of Sarasota has a lovely downtown area and bayside park as well as being home to the Ringling and Crosley House museuems, the Van Weezel Performing Arts Center and the Selby Botanical Gardens.
