Description of the Bradenton vacation home rental

Lakefront four bedroom pool villa in lovely quiet Sabal Harbour, about a mile north of Sarasota city line in Bradenton. Light and bright open plan with center area great room, master suite on one side, other bedrooms and bath on the other side. Cathedral ceiling great room with formal dining for eight with pass-through to kitchen. Large fully equipped kitchen with table seating for four. Laundry closet with full size machines. Queen master facing pool with ensuite double vanity bath and walk-in closet. One double bed guest room and two twin bed guest rooms. South facing pool with screened enclosure on lakefront. Large community pool, tennis courts, basketball court and playground. We have a local property manager who handles the financial arrangements, your check-in, and maintenance issues.

Area Information

Five minute drive to shops and restaurants, and 25 minute drive to Gulf beaches. Minutes to all Sarasota and Bradenton attractions - beautiful beaches, excellent shopping, waterfront dining, museums, water sports, etc. One hour to Busch Gardens and under two hours to Disney. Golf courses abound.

Wonderful experience

We just returned home from a week of renting this home. As one person said, the photos do not do it justice...it is a super nice place, had everything we needed for a very comfortable week. We rented it very last minute (3 days before arriving). The owner and property manager were very accommodating and wonderful at contacting us back when I emailed or phoned. We really enjoyed the pool and the master bedroom with the HUGE bathroom attached. The view of the lake is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely rent this one again if we have the opportunity.

We take our own photos with a normal lens. Some property owners use professional photographers and/or a wide angle lens which distort the photos making the spaces appear larger than they are. We spend some time here ourselves, and when we do we are always cleaning and improving. The great room and master bedroom views overlooking the caged pool and the lake view beyond are truly memorable.

Worth Returning Again & Again

We headed to Florida for a Family Reunion. My husbands brother lives in the area so the home was in a perfect location. We were minutes from the hiway - 15 minutes from the Outlet Mall *important for us ladies. The home itself was clean & perfect. One level - 4 bedrooms - full linens - clean - nothing less to say. The heated pool service was great for our Senior Mother. We sat many hours by the pool looking out at the lake behind us - Tranquility. We walked the neighbourhood & again the services were pretty local to our needs. My husband wants to return again to this home with our own family to share time with them. Looking for a home - this one is wonderful & the communication between Fred & Pauline was personal and respectful. Thank you for sharing your home & we look forward to Florida again.

Repeat Visit A Must!!!

Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your Bradenton home. We were there before we went to St. Pete Beach for our family reunion. We truly did not want to leave your home. It was convenient to stores and everything. The pictures don't do it justice. It is simply beautiful. There was plenty of room for all of us. My granddaughter loved the pool and the pool toys that were at the house, as did the rest of us. We have been telling our friends about it and I am sure we will make a return trip. The rental company was very helpful when we called to report anything (i.e. we couldn't get the garage door to open). They sent someone over to fix it right away. Again, thanks for making your house available to us. Hope to contact you again soon.

Had an enjoyable 1 week stay at this Bradenton property. Th house is very clean and spacious. We had 7 people staying in the house and it did not feel crowded at all. The only complaint I would have is not having control of the heated pool. We paid the extra $100 for the pool to be heated and it was definitly heated...to the point that you could not get in if you left the pool cover on. I would definiltly consider renting this property again.

At first site we thought that this was the wrong house. This place is huge,4 bedrooms, enough space for eight people, plus. This a very nice house that has everything you could need and everything works. This is like settling down in your own home on vacation. It is next to Rt 70 ( 53 st) and really close to Rt 75 so if you have to travel or shop it is very easy. The owners are very nice and what is more important Pauline at the agency that handles this is just GREAT. So your thinking that I know these people, well no. Every year we meet up with friends on the west coast of Fl for a week and this year we stayed in Bradenton. This is my first time in Bradenton and thanks to Fred and Donna and Pauline I think we will be back. So do we like this place, YES !
