Description of the Bradenton vacation home rental

Three bedroom, 2 bathroom home with private screened pool and lanai. Outside shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after a great day at the beach. Cable, internet, and unlimited long distance calling in the US and Canada. Newer home in a deed restricted neighborhood. Beautiful interior decor, granite countertops, ceramic tile. There is a walk in shower and garden tub in the master sweet along with double sinks and patio doors that lead out to the pool area. Dining, kitchen and living area all open for entertaining. Gas grill and tv on lanai so you can sit outside and watch tv while enjoying the fresh air.

Area Information

Just minutes from Bradenton Beach. Busch Gardens,Disney, Sea world within traveling distance. Anything you could possibly want is close to this property. Save money on gas and dont use up all your time driving. Many golf courses are also close by.

Wonderful home for our Christmas time in Bradenton

This is a beautiful home, spacious and very well decorated. Everyday of our stay one of us would find a new decoration detail on the walls or outside by the pool and the tiki bar. This house really feels like home and certainly has everything you need to enjoy your vacations. It is close to Anna Maria Island's beaches and to many other attractions in the area, and yet quiet and peaceful when you come back at the end of the day. Many, many restaurants nearby, mini golf, bowling lanes, cinema, grocery stores, etc. And if you are willing to drive a few more miles you can go to Ellenton Outlet Mall and St. Armand's Circle. If the weather is a little chilly or rainy, do not worry because owners have done a very good job to include all amenities listed and more. We are very happy that we rented this place for our Christmas holidays and will definitely consider renting it again when we come back to Bradenton. Thank you again, Diana.

My husband and I were very pleased with this rental! The owners were VERY accommodating and helpful. The pictures do not do this home justice! It is in a perfect location and includes so many perks; such as the outdoor fridge, fan, tv, and 'tiki bar.' It was truly wonderful and we would definitely stay there again.

This home is just PERFECT in every way! Even though our stay was short, we truly enjoyed this beautifully decorated home with all it had to offer..Pictures and words do it no justice..You are welcomed by the warmth and comfort as soon as you enter, and the serenity of the private pool area is wonderful! A great place to stay / Echtes Florida-Feeling

We´ve stayed here for the fourth time - that should tell it all. Great location near the beach, all shops close by and yet very quiet - the right place to relax and still be close to everything. Looking forward to the next time! Wir waren in 2009 das vierte Mal in diesem Haus - das sagt eigentlich alles. Nah genug am Strand und an allen wichtigen Shops und Restaurants. Und trotzdem sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal!

The stay this year was to no surprise just as pleasant as the previous visit. This 3 bedroom home is clean comfortable and well furnished.The master bath has a large soaking tub,a walk in shower and dual granite sinks.The kitchen is fully equipped. The private pool is wonderful.The neighborhood is quiet. The beaches are about a 5 minute drive.Lots of great places to shop and eat,Stonewood Grill being a favorite. Several places of interest to visit.The owners are fantastic to work with. Feels like home.

We stayed the month of March 2010 and although it was a bit cooler than usual we had a wonderful time. Close to beaches and shopping and very quiet on the street. The home is beautiful with all the amenities and I would highly recommend this lovely spot. Thank you for a great vacation. We will be back.

Wonderful 2 Weeks!

My husband and I rented this home in August of 2006. We were married on Longboat Key and spent 2 wonderful weeks laying by the pool! The owners are great to deal with and super friendly. The beach is only a 5-10 minute drive and every amenity is only a 5 minute drive away. Very beautiful home in a quiet location. Could not have been better!! Highly recommend!

We vacationed with our famly and found the property to be very clean and furnished as listed. Location was close to Anna Maria Island and all of it's beaches as well as Sarasota and Siesta Key Beach. We also were able to travel easily to Busch Gardens. Overall our stay was enjoyable.
