Cable, internet, and unlimited long distance calling in the US and Canada. Newer home in a deed restricted neighborhood. Beautiful interior decor, granite countertops, ceramic tile. There is a walk in shower and garden tub in the master sweet along with double sinks and patio doors that lead out to the pool area. Dining, kitchen and living area all open for entertaining. Gas grill and tv on lanai so you can sit outside and watch tv while enjoying the fresh air.

Just minutes from Bradenton Beach. Busch Gardens,Disney, Sea world within traveling distance. Anything you could possibly want is close to this property. Save money on gas and dont use up all your time driving. Many golf courses are also close by.

Wonderful 2 Weeks!, August 31, 2009

My husband and I rented this home in August of 2006. We were married on Longboat Key and spent 2 wonderful weeks laying by the pool! The owners are great to deal with and super friendly. The beach is only a 5-10 minute drive and every amenity is only a 5 minute drive away. Very beautiful home in a quiet location. Could not have been better!! Highly recommend!

We vacationed with our famly and found the property to be very clean and furnished as listed. Location was close to Anna Maria Island and all of it's beaches as well as Sarasota and Siesta Key Beach. We also were able to travel easily to Busch Gardens. Overall our stay was enjoyable.
