Great Property!

I recently stayed in a rental home in Bradenton with a group of co-workers during a convention we were working at. When we got to the house we were blown away by how beautiful the home was inside and out. Gorgeous view, clean rooms and an overall fantastic stay!

Great location on the river. We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable and in a quiet neighbourhood. Coffee on the dock in the morning and watching sunsets from the lanai were a nice start and end to the days.

We stayed at this property from dec 29th to jan 5th this holiday season and it was fantastic. The pictures do not do the home justice. It is filled with light and very warm and inviting. Everything we needed was provided. Two families of 4 adults and four Tweens/teens, lived comfortably. We even entertained another family of 4 one night and everyone was fine. The home is made for watching incredible sunsets, sitting on the dock, cooking in the wonderful kitchen, etc. but we went on daily trips shopping, to Busch gardens, to Clearwater beach and Sarasota and the outlet mall in Ellenton. The agent and owner are very accommodating and easy to work with. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.

Braden River House

This house was perfect for our family. The dock, fishing equipment, kayaks, gas grill, lanai, hammock, bikes - we enjoyed it all. Our family consisted of a 17 year old grandchild, adult children, and (grand) parents. The home was certainly more than adequately equipped for cooking and just hanging out together. We had ample space to set up a large puzzle and an additional "craft" area that did not need to be disturbed when it was time to cook or eat. We had planned on a few excursions to Orlando attractions but found ourselves rather enjoying our activities at the house and only made it to Orlando once. So it served us very well. The only downside would be a lack of a half bath somewhere in the house but it was a minor blip for us and we all agree that this house and our experience in Bradenton was a two thumbs up for us!

My husband and I rented the Braden River house the last week of April and we were extremely happy with the property. Beautiful house, grounds, and our favorite spot was out in the screened in porch and out on the deck over looking the river. The house had everything we needed for the stay with a grocery store, very close by and very beautiful beaches a short drive away. I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the Sarasota/Bradenton River-Beach area. You will not be disappointed!!! 5 stars and more! We hope to return to the area again soon. Nicole

Tthe weather was so wonderful in January. We used the kayaks and took a bike ride. Sunsets were beautiful, medical students next door were very friendly and the beds very com fortable. Approx. 20 minutes to the beaches and close to 75 for traveling to Sarasota.

My wife, daughter and her friend, my son and his friend, and myself had a great time. The house was beatiful, the surroundings with the river at the back, the access to the swimming pool was very convientant, and we all felt very comfortable and secure. I would strongly recomend the vacation spot.

The Braden River Home is a beautiful home located in a great location. Located in a residential neighborhood but right on the Braden River, it was like we had the best of both worlds. Out the back the views were gorgeous especially at sunset. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching nature. The home was very clean and everything was just as advertised. We stayed with our two college daughters and two of their friends and there was something to do for everyone. The location was great with Anna Maria Island beaches and Siesta Key Beach both within a half hour. If we didn't get to the beach we were able to use the pool and tennis courts right next door. If we come to Florida again, we will definitely try for the Braden River Home again.

This is a lovely spot for a very relaxed holiday for those who enjoy sitting back and enjoying a lovely quiet scene. You are in a quiet residental area but all essential services are close by - nice restaurants and good grocery shopping. More exoctic attracions are within reasonable dstance. We visited the beaches. and enjoyed, the beaches a couple of time and especially enjoyed the Ringling art and circus museum. For reference, we are seniors around the 80 year mark. Don't want to be too enthusiastic as we would love to reture if we can.

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Braden River home. My husband and teenage son fished every chance they had, our two girls loved sitting on the dock watching them. We spent a lot of time on that dock enjoying the peaceful river view. The home had everything we needed, minutes to Publix, WalMart and I-75. After being out most of the day it was always nice to return "home". Beautiful sunsets .....a great vacation home!

"I can't believe we have this whole beautiful house for us!" my daughter said. We had a great week in this gracious, spacious home. As advertised, it had everything we needed for our stay, except for us and our clothes! When we tired of hanging around the house or visiting the neighborhood pool just yards away, the beaches of Anna Maria Island were just a short drive to the west. The house is also very convenient to the interstate (which made it a quick trip north to the Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater area or south to Sarasota) and to shopping and other amenities. We have been to Florida several times before, but never to this area, which is welcoming to visitors yet less built up than some others. I cannot recommend it -- and this house -- enough.

Great place to stay... Great access to the river off of the dock connected with the house. Spacious rooms and all the necessities needed such has linens, pots and pans, dinner ware. located near stores and interstates for site seeing. It is like home away from home ... with a great view ...
