Description of the Bradenton vacation home rental

This luxury villa is situated in the peaceful residential community of Sabal Harbour.

The villa has four bedrooms, the Master bedroom with Queen bed/super king with en suite and walk in closet, a King size bedroom and the remaining two with twin beds and a further fully fitted bathroom with overhead shower.

It is fully furnished and equipped for eight people, with spacious living/dining area and separate family room and nook.

There is a very spacious and easy to use modern kitchen, equipped for all needs. Including use for people with disabilities or special needs.

There is a fully-caged, private, 28-foot, solar/electric, heated pool and spa that has a child safety barrier. The patio is also equipped with sun loungers for all to enjoy. The pool is south facing, receiving the sun throughout the whole day and sunsets of an evening over looking a glorious lake where wildlife abound. Outdoor dining facilities for all occasions morning noon and night on the partially covered patio for use all year round.

Sabal Harbour - This private estate is just five minutes off I-75 in a quiet residential development in Bradenton. It is a beautiful, landscaped, new and private, luxury community, offering such facilities as, tennis courts, basketball, communal pool and children's play area. Ideally suited to a quiet, relaxing vacation.


Locally, there are many facilities within a five-minute car journey from Sabal Harbour. These includes a friendly Wal-Mart Super Center to meet all needs, Publix, other supermarkets, pharmacies, a range of restaurants, a cinema, a fresh produce outlet, plus other commercial food outlets. The US Prime Outlet Mall is situated at Ellenton - which is a 15-minute drive. For keen shoppers downtown Sarasota and St. Armands Circle have many boutiques and galleries.

The Gulf of Mexico Beaches are only 15 minutes away. These include Siesta Key, Longboat Key, and Anna-Maria Island. Tampa, hosting Busch Gardens, the IMAX cinema and international airport is a 40-minute drive. Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and many other attractions are all situated in Orlando, which also has international airports, and is approximately 90 minutes drive. Sarasota and Bradenton boast several museums, art galleries, ballet, symphonies, aquariums, historic attractions, fishing adventures, and theaters. There is a state park, recreation area, botanical gardens, and wild bird sanctuaries within easy reach.

We just returned from our vacation at the home we rented in Sabal Harbor. The home was very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere throughout was awsome. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy watching the ducks and other birds in the area.
