Description of the Bradenton vacation home rental

Spend your vacation in 3/2/2 fully updated, beautifully furnished home with a salt water pool overloooking a stocked fresh water lagoon. You can have a fish fry or fish just for fun. This home has a split floorplan with the master suite on one end of the home which includes a separate sitting area with a rolltop desk. The kitchen has granite countertops, rich dark cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The 30x18 screened in lani is fully tiled, has a 7ft pool table and is great for entertaining or just relaxing. The Gulf beaches are 1.7 miles from the door and Anna Maria Island beach is 10 minutes from the house. Shopping centers, resturants, postal service and banking are within a one mile radius.

Airports located close to the property include sarasota (SRQ),15 minutes, Clearwater/St Pete 45 minutes. Walmart, Kmart,Bealls, Publix, Winn Dixie are all with a one mile radius. Close to downtown Bradenton,Sarasota and within 10 minutes to Anna Maria Island. Resturants range from initimate family owned business with great home cooking to Outbacks, Bonefish, etc

A fabulous vacation was had by all....

Just returning home after an amazing 2 weeks stay at this fabulous home !! Everything was perfect...we couldn't have asked for anything more. Dorina was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The house was wonderfully equipt with everything from towels to plenty of kitchen items such as numerous pots and pans for cooking. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching all of the wildlife right in the back yard. Turtles, fish, blue heron, white heron, wood storks, ducks, etc.....as much or as little entertainment as you would like ! The pool was amazing and we got to enjoy it everyday of our stay....well, back to the real world now as our wonderful vacation has come to and end ! We will be back one day to enjoy this beautiful home again....that us for sure :)

The house was absolutely awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Very well decorated. The only drawback was we were in North Bradenton and would have prefered to be South Bradenton. But that wasn't the owners fault Would rent it again.

absolutely perfect

The house fit our needs perfectly. Two adults and two teens all loved the layout, location and peacefulness of this house. The beds were comfy, showers/bathrooms clean and kitchen spacious. We were close to anna maria beach, siesta key, holmes beach, and st pete's, all pleasantly close by and near some fabulous restaurants (bonefish grill, and lobstahs). Shopping is also close (publix, walgreens, marshalls, desoto mall, plus ellenton/bradenton outlet mall). The house/grounds itself are peaceful, clean and well maintained. The owner is extremely easy to contact and while none of us could control the weather, was even apologetic that we could not use the pool! Thank you once again for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home.

Best House EVER :))

This house is amazing! My family and I had the pleasure of renting this awesome house for 10 whole days and it was perfection! We have three small children (8,4,and 2) and they had so much fun they literally did NOT want to leave, not even to go the beach! The layout was exactly what we needed (master on one side, and the other two bedrooms on the other side), making it seem like two separate suites. This house has everything you will need on a vacation too! From pool accessories to kitchen supplies, fishing poles and so much more . I made dinner for 15 people with complete ease. Plenty of space for entertaining, or for just one family. The pool is even more relaxing that looks, and it never seemed dirty. A canal in the back yard was such a cool Florida touch, and lends itself to so much wildlife such as soft-shell and hard-shell turtles and the HOA fill it with fish, which was so much fun for adults and kids alike. The neighborhood is quiet and full of locals, so for us it was the perfect, non-tourist location to bring our family. Bradenton Beach is only 10 mins away and the larger cities like Tampa and Clearwater are only about 45 mins away. Smaller cities like Sarasota, Siesta Key, and St. Armands Key are only 20 mins away. The owner was absolutely the best woman to deal with! She makes you feel so at home, and only calls are to make sure you are having a great time. She has really thought of every detail. Walking into this house is like walking into a home away from home, its so 'homey'. We will be back as soon as can :))

Perfect Vacation

We had the pleasure of renting this beautifully updated home for our vacation this year. The home is meticulously maintained, had the perfect layout and for us, the perfect location. 10 minutes from Anna Maria Island, 20 minutes from Sarasota/Siesta Key, everything we needed was within minutes. We had 2 adult couples with plenty of room that we could have easily had another couple. The very large screened in lanai was a fabulous place to play cards at night while overlooking the well lit pool. Speaking of pool…..Oh My!!! The owner was right when she said that once you swim in a salt water pool you will never want to swim in a chlorinated pool again!!! No harsh chemical smell, skin stayed soft, it was just fabulous!!! The landscaping around the pool was not only beautiful but made it very private. Watching the sun come up over the canal while all of the different birds frolicked about started our days off right. We will definitely be staying at this home again!!

Great outdoor living

Pool and lani/with pool table were fantastic. Kitchen new and large. Lots of room to spead out. Large screen TV in livingroom to relax at night. Close to shopping, beaches and restaurants, but off the beaten path. Very quiet.
