A lovely private home with a large private heated pool enclosed in a large lanai, overlooking the 12th fairway of the Tara Golf & Country Club. A double car garage, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house will sleep 6 people comfortably. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room.
This home was completely remodeled recently and is well appointed. All that you need are your clothes.It has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dish washer, micro wave, and a water filtering system. It is nicely furnished with 2 flat screen TV's, 2 DVD's, cable TV, internet, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, fully air conditioned and humidity control and free long distance in USA or to Canada.

There are over 45 golf courses near by. Enjoy golf, tennis, fitness center, biking, fishing, boating, the theatre performances, Ringling Museum of Art, the Mote Aquarium, shopping, entertainment and the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach. The closeness to Interstate 75 allows you to attend the Tampa Bay Rays (baseball), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (football) and the Tampa Bay Lightning (hockey). For longer stays, we can transfer our membership to the private golf course to you so that you can golf free as members during your stay.
We are very near 4 international airports: 45 minutes to Tampa Airport, 35 min. to Clearwater-St. Petersburg Airport, 15 min. to Sarasota Airport and 1 hour to Ft. Myers Airport.
We are located just west of Interstate 75 at State Road 70. This makes it very easy and convenient to travel to the Ellenton Outlet Mall, downtown Sarasota, Tampa or south to Naples.
We are walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, pharmacies, sports bars, hair salons, Lowes, and many other shops.
