Our adorable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house won't disappoint you!
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood (dead end street) with 1 car garage and plenty of parking (bring your boat or RV). The bright and spacious kitchen get's you in the mood for cooking! Next to the kitchen you will find the large laundry room with h/e front loader washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 queen size bed, 1 queen size bed and 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and boast flat screen TV's. Both of the bathroom's are newly remodeled. The guest bathroom offers a bathtub and the master bathroom is equipped with a big roman shower and marble tiles.
The living room offers comfortable couches and a big screen TV (cable) and a DVD player. We have plenty of DVDs available for adults and kid's.
Once you walk into the backyard, you won't want to leave: lush, tropical landscaping and a unique lagoon style saltwater pool with beach entry will let you know you are indeed on vacation! Further for even more relaxation there is a 4 person hot-tub waiting on the deck for you! The backyard is enclosed with privacy fence.
If you are in the mood for some exercise or just a relaxing cruise through the neighborhood, there are 2 bicycles in the garage for you.
Cozy bungalow is centrally located, close to shopping, restaurants and only 6 miles to the beautiful beaches of Anna maria island.
Prices are for 2 tenants per week; the charge for each additional person is $10.00 (low season) per night and $15.00 per night (high season).11.5% tax + $125.00 Cleaning Fee, $500 refundable Damage Deposit required. Pool heat is optional and requires an additional $100.00 per week.
