2 bedrooms with additional flex space/loft which has day bed. Sleeper Sofa also availble in Living Room. 2 full baths on 2nd floor with half bath located on first. Ceramic tile and carpet thoughout unit.
Ammenities include community pool, gated community, wireless internet, Washer/Dryer, Cable TV, DVD player, Cieling fans located in both bedrooms.Both bedrooms have LCD TVS

Area Information
Local outlet malls such as Ellenton & University Outlets Malls are 15 Minutes away. Also try St. Armand's Circle, Southgate Mall and the Desoto Mall for fine shopping. Bradenton has several golf courses 5 are public 18-hole courses,8 semi-private facilities. The public courses usually charge between $ 20-50 as green fees. For the family, Busch Gardens is a approximately 1 hour away in Tampa and Disney World is only 2 hours away. The John Ringling Art Museum is 15 minutes away.

We are snowbirds and stayed here for 2 months.This place is lovely and convenient to everything! It was very clean and there were lots of towels and sheets. If you are a baseball fan it is convenient to the Orioles and Pirate spring training fields. You could easily share it with another couple. Would stay here again.

The home is very nice. It is located close to every thing you need. We had a very enjoyable stay and you are not far from the beaches. When you are on the linai you see all kinds of wildlife and turtles. I would recommend this beautiful house to people. Thank You we had a very enjoyable time.

It was a beautiful place to stay. The house was very clean. It had everything that you need for a vacation in the house eg. beach towels, lawn chairs, pool toys ..... It is also close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We had 7 people say in the house and there was lots of room for everyone.

This home was fabulous. It was roomy, clean, and perfectly located to where you could get to the beaches within minutes and downtown Sarasota with all its restaurants and fun things to do!! It had everything you needed in a "home away from home." We would recommend this to anyone who wants a great place to stay. The landlord is great and easy to work with as well as communicate with. This place is a must if anyone wants Perfection in a rental!!

Home Away From Home

This was our very first vacation with our three year old son so we wanted to make sure we stayed at a nice clean place. This townhouse was wonderful. We cannot say enough good things about it. It is brand new so needless to say it was spotless. It is tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities of home. We stocked up at the nearby Walmart for times when we wanted to eat in, which was really nice. The location is close to everything including the beach. We went to the beach in the mornings and the complex pool in the afternoons. This is a very quiet and relaxing place. The lake out back is a nice place to fish or just sit back and enjoy the view. We really had a great time. A big thank you to the owners for making this our home away from home for seven wonderful days. We recommend this townhouse to families and couple who are looking to have a guaranteed nice relaxing time.
