Our home is a 6 year young single detached 2/3 bedroom, 2 bath professionally decorated and furnished private home situated on the 7th hole of the Waterlefe Golf course. This is a turn key rental. Everything from silverware to bed linens. It also has a beautiful screened in pool and spa.

Gulf beaches & boating, Longboat Key & St Armands Circle are just minutes away. Downtown Lakewood Ranch is just minutes away. The premium outlet stores one mile to the north. The Disney area attractions are approximately a 75 minute drive. The Pittsburgh Pirates and the Cincinnati Reds spring training camps are few miles from the home. It will take 45 minutes to drive from the Tampa airport or 15 min from the Sarasota/Bradenton airport.

The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is refundable within (14) days of departure, minus the $150 cleaning fee, provided the following provisions are met. a. • Other Fees: Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments in the form of bank money orders, cashiers checks, or personal checks payable to Victoria Burns. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. Cleaning is $100 per month and is deducted from the security deposit upon your departure.
