Description of the Bradenton vacation villa rental

Happy Ours is a 4 bed (2000 sf) villa on a tree lined avenue in a very quiet neighborhood.It has been completely remodeled everything including kitchen and pool are brand new.All linens and towels are high end hotel quality. Happy Ours is 5 minutes WALK to the beaches on Palma Sola Bay where you can BBQ your dinner and watch the dolphins play. Watch the awesome sunsets too. Dogs are allowed on the beaches here.Also walk another mile and see the manatees in the Palma Sola marina. A 5 minute drive and you are on the world class beaches of Anna Maria Island.
All the fantastic amenities of Bradenton are close by including shopping malls, fine dining and great golfing.
Disney is 90 minutes drive, Busch Gardens a 50 minute drive.

Close by and well worth visiting is the shopaholics fix of St Armands Circle with many high class eateries and boutiques or just sit in the middle of the circle with an ice-cream and people watch.
Take a 10 minute drive to Longboat Key for the golf and to see some of the finest houses in the area.
Tampa and Clearwater are within an hours drive both with excellent beaches.
Check with NASA and see when the next shuttle launch is and take a trip to see it but on a very clear day we can see the shuttle go up here in Bradenton.

What a beautiful place, well situated close to Manatee beach and Anna Marie Island. The home is very nice, the pool was wonderful and we had a very nice time. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and we will surely be staying there again in the future. Excellent people to deal with, they made the entire process very easy, highly recommended.

We booked this villa on a last minute decision and wasnt disappointed. When we walked through the door you could smell how clean and fresh it was. Everything was spotless. The pics do not do it justice, all appointments were high end luxury, yet so comfortable. We walked to the Palma Sola and Perico Bays and saw many dolphins. The owner was delightful and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back to Florida next year and have already booked Happy Ours.
