Great Owners and Lovely Home

This house is in an ideal location and a very quiet neighborhood. It is very clean and a nice place to come home to after a day at the beach. We always rent houses for our vacation and this one ranks right up at the top of our list. The owners are the best and so very helpful. We highly recomend this one if you want to be close to Anna Marie Island. I also want to add it is very kid friendly.

My family enjoyed our stay very much- as did our dog. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a nice fenced in yard. Very clean. Very comfortable. Very Spaceous.

We stayed the week during Tropical Storm Debbie...and still had a great time! House is very nice and clean....we spent alot of time on the lanai....and still swam in the pool. The kitchen is very well stocked. There are an over abundance of towels. There is alot of baby stuff that is very nice, there are plenty of chairs and tables. Our stay would have been perfect if it hadn't of been for the storm. This house is in a very quiet neighborhood, with grocery stores, a super Kmart, anything u need within a few blocks from the house. The owners were fantastic to work with and very nice. I will definitely go here again!!

Fabulous & Kid Friendly

We could not have been more pleased with the home and furnishings! Comfortable beds, roomy kitchen with plenty of space for eating, two separate living areas with additional covered porch area. The neighborhood was quiet and it was an easy walk to the water. The beaches, shops, and restaurants are all within 5-10 min drive. Outlet shopping was great at Ellenton. The pool area is fantastic and our 4 and 2 year olds had a terrific time in the pool and we rested easy with the additional fencing that is provided around the pool (in addition to pool screened area) for safety purposes. The sections easily were pulled back allowing us to play and then "lock it up" for when we were not in the pool! There were LOTS of towels provided--both beach and bath sizes. A basic "bring with me next time" list would include: paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and/or dishwasher soap pods, snack baggies with seasonings for cooking, cooking pan spray, and bath soap. The kitchen is fully equipped and we did not lack anything for cooking at the house. We absolutely loved the location and price. David stopped by to welcome us and provide local directions and we missed meeting Gwen as we were out when she called. The decor is fun and yet comfortable. The "kids'" room was best described by our 4 year old granddaughter when she shouted with glee, "Oh grammie, it''s sooooo colorful!" We had 6 adults and 2 children and were very comfortable! Our family unanimously agreed that we would definitely like to return!

WONDERFUL VACATION

perfectly equipped house in terms of furnishings, accessories (towels,beach chairs,books,local brouchures,games), could have used a few more (bare bones level) staples (paper towels,toilet paper, sugar substitute,etc.) or a list of what was available. Owners were friendly & helpful. Priced right. ( many other similar properties were overpriced). In a quiet, relaxed neighborhood near attractions,shopping and restaurants, from fast food through gourmet.

Wonderful place to vacation!

We stayed at this house and loved it! The house is beautiful, spacious and well-stocked with everything you need for a vacation. The pool was great for our young children, and we were located so close to the beach, that every day we were able to have fun in the pool AND the beach. The owner was friendly and very helpful also. Oh, and there are stores just down the block too for necessities. We plan to come back again!!

Fabulous & Family Friendly!

Our family truly enjoyed this family friendly vacation home. We have three kids, 6,5, and 2 and there were household items, toys, books for everyone. The house was very spacious so we had both sets of grandparents join us during our stay. The location was convenient to the prettiest beaches I have ever seen and a nice stroll brought you to the Bay beach which you can see dolphins swimming. I want to go back next year. Not like I had hoped!

The property and surroundings were very nice, however we didnt have enough hot water - after two showers...the water began to get cold. The dishes needed to be rewashed - especially the glasses and cooking utensils. The shower in the master bedroom (the door portion) full of mildew. The pool was heated, but with the cold temperature, we could not maintain the heat. There is a pool cover in the garage, however no mechanism to roll and unroll over the pool???? My friends rented a house on Brooklia Drive in Sabal Harbour for much less money and it was just nice. Sorry but I cannot rate this as a 4* accommodation.

Everything was exactly as described. David was very friendly. We loved the house and the amenities! If you are looking for a nice place to stay where the landlord doesn't bother you then this is it. Also, very nice linens and dishes. Very convenient location for shopping. In fact, one of the nicer houses we have rented in the Gulf region. Thanks David. Pleasure meeting you. One of the Lynn's! What a beautiful place, well situated close to Manatee beach and Anna Marie Island. The home is very nice, the pool was wonderful and we had a very nice time. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and we will surely be staying there again in the future. Excellent people to deal with, they made the entire process very easy, highly recommended.
