Description of the Bradenton vacation villa rental

Our villa is situated in the peaceful community of Regal Oaks. A variety of shops, malls and restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive away.
The glorious gulf beaches stretch from anna marie island right to Longboat Key and are just a 15 - 20 minute drive away. Numerous golf courses are within easy reach of the villa. Shopping Malls, elegant shops of St Armands Circle and designer outlet malls all within a 15/20 min drive.

Tampa is just 50 mins away, Orlando's theme parks 90 mins Sarasota just a leisurly 10 min drive.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION.
Decorated in a light neutral shade throughout, with light cream carpet throughout and light floor tiles in the kitchen/nook area as well as the ensuite batroom and the family bathroom.

THE GREAT ROOM.The sitting area has a 3 seatsofa and 2 seat sofa both upholstered in a "taupe" material,dark cherry wood coffee table and 2 matching side tables, 2 lamps, t.v. with upgraded cable, dvd player, both situated in the entertainment centre (also dark cherry)book library with 200 new books and a spectacular view of the pool and lake through the wall to wall glass windows/doors.
THE DINING AREA OF The Great Room has a table and 6 chairs for formal dining (this is also dark cherry) with crystal chanderlier above the table

THE MASTER BEDROOM/ENSUITE BATHROOM/PRIVATE SITTING ROOM.
The master bedroom has pine furniture and consists of a large queen bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, dresser/mirror T.V and dvd , a cream chair, a large walk-in closet.
The Ensuite Bathroom has a large double vanity unit and a large wall mirror with "hollywood" style lighting,mirrored wall unit for toiletries, also an oval tub, separate toilet and a walk-in shower. A sliding door to the en suite for added privacy.
The Private Sitting Room has a "suede" sofa,table,large "crystal glass" lamp, stereo hi-fi, small games table (chess, backgammon etc) a cream chair and a wonderful view of the pool/lanai and lake.

THE KITCHEN/NOOK AREA.The upgraded white kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, range/oven garbage disposal and all the smaller appliances to make this a superb kitchen, The Nook Area has a pine/white table (can be extended) and 4 chairs..and a view of the pool and lake.

THE UTILITY ROOM has a large washer, dryer, vacumn cleaner, iron/ironing board and sink.

THE SECOND BEDROOM also has pine furniture and consists of a queen bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, armoire, where you will find the 2nd cable t.v. 2 seat storage chair, closet and view of the lanai/pool and lake.

THE THIRD BEDROOM has pine twin beds nightstand,small table, lamp and closet.
ALL BED LINEN AND COMFORTERS ARE REPLACED NEW EACH YEAR.

THE FAMILY BATHROOM.is between the 2nd/3rd bedrooms and comprises of large bathtub and shower, toilet and single vanity unit, wall mirrors and "hollywood" lighting, also a cupboard (for towels etc)
ALL BATH, HAND TOWELS AND FACE CLOTHES ARE REPLACED EACH YEAR WITH TOP QUALITY "CHRISTY" ODDESSY TOWELS. bEACH TOWELS ARE ALSO REPLACED EACH YEAR.

POOL AND LANAI.The pool is 35ft long with 2 decorative fountains and stretched the width of the villa, it is south facing so has sun all day long! on the lanai are 2 tables and 6 chairs and sunloungers, plus a ceiling fan. The pool/lanai can be lit in the evening. surrounding the pool is a mesh cage, to keep those unwanted "bugs" out. Brand new barbecue ( gas grill)

Area Information

Our villa is in a small quiet community with no through traffic.. so safe for children. Shops and restaurants are within a 5 min drive in most directions. shopping malls are easily accessible from our community if you like golf, the nearest golf club is just 3 mins away. Busch gardens is a leisurely 45-50 drive straight up I-75 there are numerous things to do in the bradenton/ sarasota area and the white sandy beaches are not far away !

Great place to relax

great stay for a week, quiet and relaxing. The views were great and the pool was fantastic. Sid not spend much time inside but the amenities were fine.

A beautiful, spacious and very clean home with a wonderful view, in a quiet neighborhood. Has everything you need, although the kitchen could use more dishes/cutlery for a group of 4 or more. The pool was wonderful and the complimentary equipment such as beach chairs, towels, brochures and regional maps were much appreciated.

If you are contemplating whether to book or not then deliberate no longer and book it! Our family consisting of 3 couples stayed in June '09 and had a fabulous week in truly luxurious surroundings. The furnishings are beautiful and very tasteful and we felt exceptionally lucky to have chosen such a fabulous villa. I would have loved to spend a month or more reading some of the pristine up to the minute paperbacks in the bookcases - there's always next time.The pictures don't do it justice. My son and son in law fished on the lake and caught a variety of fish. My daughter is expecting her first baby in August and would love to come back with her new addition some time in the future. We made friends with a family of ducks who came visiting most days. The pool was superb after a day out exploring the gulf coast. We can recommend a restaurant called Bonefish if you want to celebrate a special occasion.

When we opened the door for the first time, we both said "Wow!". The presentation on arrival was excellent and the whole house was funished to a very high standard.

The property is far better than portrayed in the photographs. It really felt a home from home and contributed greatly to what was a wonderful holiday. The heated pool added to the feeling of luxury.

We have already starting saving for the next visit!

Your villa was wonderful, we really enjoyed staying there it was most relaxing after a hetic week in Miami and Keywest. The view of the lake was amazing. Once again Thanks, I will certainly recommend your villa to any of my friends/family who are thinking of visiting Florida.
