The property is located in the back of a quiet gated community and over looks a large lake full of various wildlife to enjoy. This villa has been decorated to such a degree you will feel like royalty. Fully equipped to the highest standards, this villa features everything you can imagine to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Your dream vacation will be found with this home so perfectly name "Serenity Preserve".

The executive villa is central to Sarasota and therefore is in a ideal location for the white sandy beaches of Siesta Key or Lido Key. Gourmet restaurants,great shopping, and premier golf courses are all just minutes away.

With a large heated pool overlooking the lake, tranquility will not be hard to find. The pool area is entirely enclosed to protect the area from loose debris, animals, and insects. There is also a pool cover to help improve heat retention through the winter months. Pool can be heated for a small additional charge and is turned on at guests discretion. There is comfortable casual furniture, tiki bar, multiple lounge chairs, and sun umbrella that is located within the pool enclosure. Villa is professionally managed to highest quality and management can be readily contacted to address any guest concerns.

University Place can be accessed by leaving the Interstate 75 at Exit 213. It is situated in a convenient location with easy access to Tampa, Naples, Orlando, Bradenton etc... and within easy access to local beaches, state parks, supermarkets, local shopping malls / outlets, restaurants, theatres and much more.

There are plenty of golf courses in the area and these include, to name but a few: Tara, Greenfield Plantations, University Park, Palm Aire, Rosedale, River Strand and Stoneybrook Golf Club. Stoneybrook Golf Course is an 18 hole, par 72, course designed by Arthur Hills one of the worlds top 5 designers and is situated within the Heritage Harbour Community. Guests play through a landscape, highlighted by mature woods, wetland preserves and lakes which create a truly wonderful blend of strategic risk / reward holes. It's a true golfer's course.
Although Tampa Airport is the nearest International Airport to the property, other airports are also within an easy drive to the property and these include Sarasota / Bradenton (15 minutes), Orlando (2 hours), and Orlando Sanford (2 hours).

If you want to visit the Orlando attractions (eg. Disney, Universal, Sea World etc.) these can be reached by car within 90 minutes Busch Gardens can be reached by car within 50 minutes. This area of the Gulf Coast is a stylish, upscale, art conscious, clean, and beautiful place to vacation to. A very good place to experience all that Florida has to offer. A premier outlet mall is just three stops up the freeway (there are over 250 shops!).

The home was beautifully decorated with the highest quality from the thick towels to the leather furniture to the customized curtains. The lanai was a real treat with a pool, comfortable lounge chairs and an area also to stay in the shade while listening to music from the outdoor speaker. The 17 acre lake outside the lanai was quite nice as well with a fountain view. One note is that the traffic on the interstate can be loud(home is towards the end of cul-de-sac which backs up to hidden interstate). The fountain and music can drown it out some. We would still stay at the villa again due to its unmatched quality. And, one more important fact is that the service was excellent from Chris at Palm Oasis Mgmt-fast email and phone call returns-and with courteousness and professionalism.
