Lakeside Villa on River Strand is a luxurious home situated in a peacefull corner on an exclusive gated golf community at Heritage Harbour near Bradenton/Sarasota/Florida Gulf Coast.

It's around 10 miles away from the glorious white sands, gulf beaches and beauty of Anna Marie Island.

This beautiful gated community is under 1 hour south of Tampa and one and a half hours south west of Orlando, Disney World and Universal Studios theme parks, making it an ideal base for your Florida holiday.

This luxury air-conditioned villa enjoys wonderful lake views to the side and rear, which you can enjoy, from the covered pool and spa area and the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable sunset. The villa boasts three newly decorated spacious double bedrooms including a master suite with ensuite and a well-appointed bathroom.

A 'den' offers additional sleeping accommodation taking the capacity to 8 persons if required.

The fully equipped kitchen looks over the open plan living and dining area giving a perfect family space. The living area includes a sumptuous curved leather sofa for guests comfort and wall mounted plazma TV. The games room with full-size pool table will provide hours of entertainment for both adults and children. There is also high speed internet access just in case you need it.

The River Strand 27 hole golf course is minutes walk from the villa and as guests you will be able to play unlimited golf at your leisure for a membership transfer fee.

Our villa is superbly located to allow you to enjoy a taste of all that Florida has to offer. There are many interesting and enjoyable activities available in the local area. Located just 90 minutes from Orlando and the Disney and Universal Studios theme parks and just over half an hour from Busch Gardens our villa is the perfect base for a family holiday.

Just five minutes drive from our community are a number of restaurants and bars for you to choose from. There is also a large supermarket and gas station.

Here is a selection of our recommended things to see and do.

Local Area......
For the shopaholics among you Ellenton Prime Outlets shopping mall is just five minutes drive from our villa. This superb collection of quality outlet stores includes Guess, Calvin Klein and DKNY to name just a few.
Anna Maria Island is well worth a visit with stunning white sand beaches and clear emerald ocean views. There is so much to do here, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Spend some time on the beach and enjoying the spectacular sunset before enjoying a cool cocktail at one of the many beachfront bars.

....and beyond
No family trip to the sunshine state would be complete without a trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa or to Orlando and its awesome theme parks, only 90 minutes drive from our villa.

My family and I just returned from probably our best family vacation ever and your Lake Villa home was a big part of it. Everything about the home was immaculate and perfectly suited for a family that wants to simply relax by a pool in privacy or take in some of the sights, sounds, and scenery of the Gulf Beaches. Even as I quickly looked at the pictures on your web site one more time for the Lake Villa, I almost "teared up" with fond memories of our week down in Florida. This home is huge with all kinds of room to roam for a family of 4. We felt like we were at home immediately in the Villa. Thanks so much for offering such a wonderful venue for travelers to Florida! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa, Danny loved the pool table and golf (he beat me 4&3 in our last round and he's 12!!) while we couldn't get Sophie out of the pool/jacuzzi, you truly have a fantastic getaway, and should we be lucky enough to go on holiday again to Florida in the near future, would love to stay there again.
