Description of the Bradenton vacation villa rental
Little Palms Villa is a well appointed 3 bedroom home situated in the peaceful upmarket community of Sabal Harbour. The villa is decorated in a pleasant Caribbean style with new comfortable furnishings throughout. The entrance leads into a dining room with a stereo music system and seating for 6 at the table. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has been recently upgraded with new appliances, Corian countertops and has a table seating four and a Breakfast Bar with tall Wicker stools.
The Living Room has very comfortable sofas, Wicker furniture and furnishings, and has a large flat screen T.V.connected to an H.D. digital cable system for great entertainment on the occasional night in. High speed (WiFi)Internet access(free connection)and telephone are beside the T.V.
The pool deck leads to the private heated south facing pool under a Lanai with a dining set and pool side loungers. A gas BBQ is located here for the free use of guests.
The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed,new furniture and a LCD T.V. An en suite bathroom is entered from here along with a large walk in wardrobe.
Bedroom two has a Queen bed, furniture and another wall mounted flat screen T.V. and wardrobe space. Bedroom three has twin beds,furniture a T.V./D.V.D.system and wardrobe space.These bedrooms share a bathroom off the hallway.
Sabal Harbour is located just 5 minutes drive from Interstate 75 and 20 minutes from the finest beaches in Florida. Little Palms Villa is close to numerous restaurants, shopping outlets, cinemas and activities.
Sarasota can be reached in 25 minutes, the Barrier Islands of Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key are even closer and have fantastic beaches, eating establishments and interesting shopping venues. They are likened to Key West by some and the sunsets are unforgettable.
Siesta Key is our favourite and has a lively town full of beach type bars, restaurants and shops and beaches with sugar white sand and safe bathing in the calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Ellenton Mall is ten minutes from the villa, one of the largest in Florida and is set around a street system instead of the usual enclosed type.
Busch Gardens is a 45 minute drive from the home and the Orlando attractions are 1.5 hours away. Many guests have enjoyed days out a Disney from our villa.

- Deposits: A 15% deposit is required to secure a booking. We appreciate the full settlement payment being made 6 weeks before a visit.
- Other Fees: There are no other fees unless pool heat is required. The pool can be heated for just $70 per week and is recommended during the Winter months.
The rate includes all taxes, utility costs, pre and post cleaning fees.
There is no charge for phone calls within U.S and Canada or for the WiFi or cable Broadband connections.

We recently returned after spending the month of January at this wonderful home! We have rented other vacation homes and this one has far surpassed all the others. The home decor is beautiful and the layout of the home gives guests several areas to relax in. Howard and Pauline made the "pre-rental" period very easy and informative and I felt quite at home there even before we arrived. The management company staff are friendly and helpful.
Our daughters and their families came to visit at different times during the month and they too were very impressed with the Villa and Sabal Harbour.
I would highly recommend renting this home and am sure when we return to vacation in this area we will be hoping it is available!!!!

Hi Howard
We had a wonderful time staying at your Villa. Our children loved the pool and it was nice having all the pool toys to play with. The Villa was very spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. It was great to have internet access and free N A phone calling. We kept in touch with our family and did some work.
Thank you again for letting us stay at your Villa. You have a lovely vacation home and we will definitely stay there again.
There were several highlights to our trip.
Siesta Key beach was one of the best beaches we have ever been to(and we have been to Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii, Thailand, Cuba, Australia). Our children attended a four hour cooking course at 'Chefs Table' making parmesan cups, ricotta and spinach ravioli and apples in filo pastry from scratch. My husband and I went to check out the real estate at Lakewood Ranch and could'nt believe the size of development there. We had dinner at Martini and Tapas Restaurant next door to Chefs Table (mall off University Parkway in Sarasota). Linger Lodge was an interesting place to visit and our six year old son loved the grilled alligator meat. We boated along the Bradenton river and ended up drenched from the rainstorm and had lunch at Woodys (live band at 2pm saturdays. It was a busy vacation, we also visited the usual sights of Busch Gardens, Ringling museum, G Wiz and Mote Aquarium. It was an eventful and memorable trip to Bradenton.

Hi Howard,
We got back this morning- feeling jet lagged and really cold. The weather was excellent- if a little too hot at 38-39 C,with a couple of heavy short showers later in the day.
We loved the villa- the location was really great in a lovely development and perfect for the Gulf Island beaches (which were superb)and all the other activities in the area. We also found that a day trip to Orlando a couple of times in the week was the perfect balance for the family. The view from the pool is beautiful and we will miss seeing that in the mornings! The layout and facilities of the Villa were great, with plenty of room for us all to spread out. We certainly hope to return to Florida in a year or two when the children are older again and can try different things, we would certainly stay in Little Palms again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Hope you enjoy your trip out there later in the year. Thanks for letting us stay in your Villa.

Oh the villa was absolutely beautiful,and we didn't want to leave.The decor was wonderful, and comfortable.We felt very much at home, in fact my friends from Canada enjoyed it so much, they're considering buying a place in the area to rent out just as you rent out your villa.We enjoyed the villa tremendously. wonderful time. The home is beautiful as well as
clean and comfortable. This was the first time that
we have rented a home for an entire month and the
owners couldn't have been nicer or more
accomodating. We would not hesitate staying there
again next year. If you are not sure about the area,
you will find that it is just a short drive to most
everything.
